I prefer to support local small business if possible. Jeremy and his better half have a great auto repair shop going here ( Dare 2 Dream). Dare 2 Dream is exactly what they've done.

We have all heard stories of mechanics who take advantage of those lacking in mechanical knowledge and we all hope to find one of the good ones who is fair dealing. Jeremy is both a good mechanic and fair dealing businessman.

Fair Dealing: Jeremy had actually spotted the problem of my shade tree mechanic fix in the parking lot the day before and fixed it in 5 minutes. He wasn't going to charge me but said if I wanted to replace some parts bring it in the next day. His honesty and offering not to charge me surprised me.

As not to be subjective, what is a fair cost? Well to have my corroded battery terminals replaced was 82 dollars and some change. It probably took an hour to do the work. If you think you could do better at a dealership you're kidding yourself.

So, in the end it was a win/win situation. Jeremy makes a profit, I get a little savings, and the quality of the work was the same as the dealership. I guess the only loser was the dealership.

I had an elusive surging and stalling issue with my vehicle that for the life of me I couldn't fix. I called the owner Jeremy and he spent 20 minutes listening to the problems I was having and coming up with potential solutions before I even came in the shop. With how hard to find detect the issue was, I brought it in anyways. He quickly found the source of the problem, a leaking methanol injection port. The price was more than fair. Very nice people....

I had an awesome first time experience here. Jeremy replaced an alternator, starter, power steering pump/hoses and clutch fan in my 2001 Toyota 4Runner. It's nice to see good, honest shops still around and I'll definitely return again when the 4Runner needs work again. This is a rig I traveled to Nashville to buy due to how well the previous owner cared for it and my plan is to keep it for...
