This blows its competitor Starbucks, out of the water. Dutch Bros by far better tasting coffee doesn't leave that nasty after bitter taste in your mouth and the customer service is the most outstanding I have seen in this valley in a long time in Arizona. Two thumbs up for Dutch Brothers. And I give it 4/5 STARS, only because I believe a company and employees can't be 100% perfect. I (as a mgr myself)Gotta leave lil room for growth and imporvement, in any of my reviews or rating as that goes. How great of a company such as Dutch Bros, is reflected in their customer service their employees have shown me each and every time I have been a customer there. I just found Dutch Bros less than a month ago,and been there literally 4 times every week since. Outstanding coffee, outstanding choices of different ways to have your cup of java for the day. But the well organized and time efficient lines to wait for your order, makes this a good spot to get your coffee. Then the employees customer service, sold me on this being, In my opinion, 1 of the top 5 place of business I enjoy bringing my business too,in my 25 years in living in Arizona. Top 5 best place all the way around.in the valley. I am a word of mouth type of customer myself, and will tell everybody, that crosses my path, TO GO TO DUTCH BROS FOR THEIR COFFEE AS ITS THE BEST AROUND. Great company, can be assumed by how happy their employees are being at work and how extremely professional but happy and personable they make every customer feel like their family. Ok I give this coffee house company 4.5 stars out of 5, but Google won't let me do that. But that so long of a review. But, it's...
Read moreDutch Bros Coffee always has a line, it doesn't matter if it is morning, noon, or night, wintertime, or 115 degrees in the Arizona summer. There will be a line of cars wrapped around the building and a usually a line of people standing at the order window.
Dutch Bros is a coffee shop and a specialty soda stand. They have all kinds of fun flavors and you can get your drinks hot or cold. They also sell some breakfast/bakery/snack items.
You will have to pay about $5+ on average for a drink. If you want your soda without ice, they will charge you a fee to actually have the cup filled with beverage, instead of half filled when it has ice cubes in it.
They usually have an employee or two taking orders from the line of cars before you even get to the menu, so probably check online for a flavor combination before you go, if you are not familiar with their offerings.
They prefer that you pay with a card instead of cash for multiple reasons. They will ask you if you would like to add a tip when you are paying. You can say no, but it feels kind of embarrassing.
It is one of those places that you need to prepare yourself for what you want before you get there, so you don't feel silly or clueless when it is your turn to order.
I will have to say that they do hire some of the most friendly and outgoing individuals in the industry. They are also very helpful and willing to give you suggestions or recommendations if you...
Read moreI have been coming to this location for almost 3 years, hardly miss a day, and sometimes, even multiple times a day. Needless to say I spend a lot of money at this Dutch because Dutch Bros coffee and Dutch Bros prices beats Dunkin and Starbucks combined. This is one of the busiest locations that I’ve been to, and sometimes the line can be long so you’re looking at a 15-20 min wait when there is a line. But I was told by an employee that I was holding up the line and that the customers behind me were complaining. This location just lost one of its regular customers because I plan to drive further away to another location where I won’t be talked to like that because it was unnecessary to do that. I can’t do anything about the line? Not sure why that needed to be relayed to me and that the car behind me was complaining because yes, the line was long, but what am I supposed to do about it? I was also in line as a paying customer and I waited longer than them because I was in front of them. The employee at the window was chatting with me and engaging with me. Something else that Dunkin and Starbucks don’t do, and another reason I would prefer to buy my coffee at Dutch because of the employee-customer relationship...
