It's a Chipotle so everyone already knows the routine: good food for what it is even if it's wildly overpriced but we all know that going into it.
This review is more to talk about the absolute child of a manager that I had the worst experience with tonight. She has to be late 20s - early 30s, purple hair, and all the foul attitude of a teenager that was forced to get a job by her parents.
I placed a BOGO order via the app. Picked it up. HALF of the order was missing so I drove back and got the burrito with a side eye and an exasperated "sorry" like it was an inconvenience for her to make the food I ordered. Keep in mind that it was not particularly busy at the time I went back. I get home and the FIRST burrito I received was incorrect. It was like they combined the two burritos in the order into one, and so most of the ingredients were missing. I go back for the third time in a 45 minute period and the poor register guy, Zack, recognizes me.
This ill-tempered joke of a manager simply says "It's been a busy night" and goes back to scooping avocados in the back. When we're told (by a line employee, not the manager) that it'll be about 15 minutes for fresh chicken, we aren't offered a refund if we didn't want to wait.
First return trip is a remake, second is a remake AND a refund.
The only good part of this was Zack, the register person, and the line employees. The manager is a joke and how she was the best option for leadership...
Read moreThe manager is absolutely rude she asked me if I had a mask because I was using a hijab to cover my face and she told me I can’t be in there I said okay and walked out to get a mask and I was told she was laughing when I left (Anahi). I was an ex employee at chipotle and I was told by a manger molly that they pencil whip the temperature which mean they guess the temperature of the food without actually temping it. The employees are absolutely sweet and they are a great team but the managers on the other hand. Only manager I never had a problem with was brendon because I haven’t worked with him and he was nice when I would come in. Be careful when you eat here. Make sure you temp your food when you get it because the managers don’t. Managers that pencil whip is molly and Jared. Do your job correctly or don’t do it at all. And that is ONE of the main reasons I left this chipotle and am now working on the chipotle on mill. Where EVERYTHING is done right. If I could leave it as a 0 star I would. And every time I come in they are laughing and giggling because I was an ex employee who got fired for no reason. How immature. I know of 2 employees who had a fever over 100 and the manager told her to just go drink some water and clock in. Why is he doing that at a time like this with Corona that...
Read moreIt seems to be a habit of Chipotle's to purposely overcharge their customers when they ask for a taco. I came here Tuesday night and had to repeat myself several times that I only wanted a taco and I didn't care if the portion was small. When I got to the register of course the cashier tried to charge me $12.37 for a burrito when it was only a taco that I asked for. The employees were muttering among themselves about the taco and it irritated me enough that I asked him if they had a problem with me ordering a taco. It seems to be a company issue as Chipotle bonuses their employees. If you bonus your employees or you get bonuses you have to have the sales to back that up. My problem is that you fraudulently charged me anyway after you stated that you charged me for a taco. However, I reviewed my bank statement and it shows that you charged me $12.37 for a burrito. What kind of company is this that you try to shame your customer because they order a taco and then you fraudulently charge them for something they didn't order? From now on I strongly recommend people paying cash. Your customer service is horrible at this location. And I think the manager possibly is in...
