I usually have no problem tipping when I receive good service — in fact, I’m happy to tip generously when the experience is good. But my visit here made me really uncomfortable. The service was honestly poor — the male staff member was inattentive and borderline rude. When it came time to pay, he didn’t even fully turn the screen toward me. It was still facing both of us, and I couldn’t adjust it myself — so he could clearly see everything as I was trying to select the tip.

I felt so pressured that I didn’t even dare to leave a lower tip, even though the service really didn’t deserve much. Tipping should be a voluntary way to show appreciation, not something you’re watched over for. That moment made me feel awkward and stressed, and completely ruined the meal for me. The rice noodles here are sooooo yummy!!! We had the shredded chicken noodle soup, golden broth noodles soup, tomato noodle soup, and the mixed noodles with beef tripes. They are all very tasty!! My kids love the chicken noodle soup the most and they finished the whole bowl without any soup left! The bowl of the cross-bridge noodle soup is amazing! I drove from Peoria to try this place because someone recommended it to me two days ago when they went. Their hours online said it was open 11:30 AM to 8 PM and I got here at 3:50 PM.
