3/10/24: Short version - clean, fast service, but felt rushed to eat quickly so they could bus the table for the next customer(s) & get us out the door.

Long version: Popped in on a Sunday around 10:30 a.m., to catch up w/ a friend I haven't seen in a few months. The parking lot had plenty of spaces open which is always a bonus for me. We were seated immediately, and the server came over within seconds.

As my friend and I started talking, looking at the menu, talking, menu, the server returned shortly after the last visit (I ordered the giant cinnamon roll) - we still hadn't decided on the meal though. A few minutes later she came again. The menu was pretty large and we still hadn't chosen a meal. The third time she returned we placed the order.

The cinnamon roll was pretty good, but not as fluffy as I prefer. My friends pancake was, well, a pancake (there was nothing special about it that would set it apart from any other pancake out there). My lemon-filled French toast was also okay, but nothing spectacular. Because the server kept coming back, we both got the impression she wanted us out for the next in line so we packed up and left.

They did have a fairly large, covered (I think) patio which was nice, but the food was simply all right, nothing to write home about.

Am I glad I finally went? Yes. Would I...

If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars. My fiancé and I wanted to try a new breakfast place near our home so we thought we’d try this place because it was close. We walked in today a Friday morning and it wasn’t busy at all and there were 4 servers and 1 hostess. The hostess was very nice and sat us pretty quickly, we looked at our menus decided what we were going to order and closed our menus, 5-10 minutes passed before the hostess came over with waters for us and asked us what we would like to drink and brought them back. Another 10 minutes goes by and no serves came over to ask us what we would like to eat this is all while making eye contact with them while they clean the tables behind us. After another 10 minutes we decided to just get up and leave, it was basically like we were being ignored and the servers didn’t want to be there. We even heard one server go outside and come back in and complain that there were people outside that have been waiting 20 minutes with no drinks or menus. Very very sad that this was our first experience at this establishment. We decided to drive to the nearest ihop that was about 10 minutes away and got seated and ordered and served all in a matter of 20...

TL;DR this place is amazing and you need to eat their food.

I had driven past this little place many times on my way to and from work. But the opportunity to actually go in and eat had not come about.

And then we moved closer. I am So Glad that we went!

The atmosphere is bright and friendly, and everything is so clean! My husband actually commented several times how clean and clear their large windows are. (He worked retail in a pet store; his knowledge of what it takes to keep glass clean is immense.)

All the servers are charming and attentive. Our server was so sweet, and she made us feel right at home.

Oh! And their coffee is AMAZING! They never let the cup empty. We tried it -- we drank our coffee much faster than we normally do, just to see. And, no -- it is officially the Bottomless Cup of Joe.

I got the biscuits and gravy with handmade sausage patties and scrambled eggs. [cue the drool] I didn't remember to take a picture of my food until I had finished one biscuit and the eggs. Because the food is That Good.

Not at all overpriced. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing food. Yes,...

First time here and came with husband for brunch and we ordered pancakes entree, biscuits and gravy, two beverages, and eggs/breakfast potatoes/sausage entree. All in all, our bill before tip came about $40, great service, super adorable restaurant, good good-looking forward to going back, and while waiting we noticed and spoke to a few regulars who have been coming for years. Great parking space and free, inside and outside seating, decor and cleanliness of the restaurant A+, bathroom A+, highly recommend trying! Came here again with husband and daughter and still has the same great food, but prices seem like they have gone up. There is an 83 cent upcharge automatic for eggs and my daughter got charged hers although she didn't even have eggs. Was a little confused when ordering, was charged for two entrees at open rate rather than a substitution price just to have two pancakes with my breakfast that was already $15. After all of it, breakfast for three was $75 so this is now out of our price range and we likely won't be back. Do recommend though for good food if you can afford it.
