I literally have been on hold for an 1 waiting for someone to pick up the phone just to switch my prescription to another pharmacy. I used another phone and called the front store, and they picked up immediately. The gentleman was friendly and stated that they may have a long line and can't answer the phone. Then he stated that he would do a page to inform staff that someone is on hold for a pharmacist. I thanked the young man, but that's unacceptable. Hire some that mains the phone. I called my doctor's office to get assistance, and she placed on hold for 20 minutes with the same result. My doctor informed me that if I can't access anyone, they will transfer it to another pharmacy, but they must give the pharmacy at least a few hours. SMH! THIS IS SAD! I May have to get out of my sick bed just to wait in line to tell them to transfer my prescription. CVS IS...

When we went there today to pick it up, an elderly gentleman finally showed up, and I asked for the photo.
