NOT Recommended. Caregiver Amanda Owens placed my Mother in the shower with a Waterpik teeth cleaning system plugged into the wall. My Mother had the sense and knowledge of its DANGER to refuse. We brought this incident to the attention of the staff- Michelle- she said, "There's nothing wrong with doing this." NO Acountability. NO Apology. NO Responsibility held. Was told by 3 electricians to be Aware, also by the Waterpik manual.. DANGER. ELECTROCUTION INEVITABLE. The caregiver also created FEAR on my Mother revealing she (Amanda) had the Herpes viruses- Simplex 1 and 2. For an elderly woman of 83 yrs young to be told both viruses were NOT contagious was Absurd and Appalling. The caregiver who was sent was Only going through the Motions when coming to work, causing havoc in the home, Constant struggle. There's more than these 2 incidents to be revealed in this review, but will stop with these-Totally unacceptable. ALL IS FORGIVEN. Very Disappointed, rather Heart Breaking Experience. Please find another agency to take care of your Loved One. But... Do your own research if you must use Griswold Home Care Mesquite. My Suggestion... STAY...

I contacted Griswold in need of care for my father. I related how very important it was for me to have professional, reliable aids to help us care for my father who lives in our home. I was greatly distressed when in one week, not one, not two, but three no shows. No communication was given to us to inform us of the aids not coming as scheduled. This was greatly distressing to us as a family who very much need assistance. I contacted Mike the owner, who he himself was a no show on our first appointment, and related our dissatisfaction. His initial no show should have been an indicator but I gave grace knowing things happen. To sum up our experience in one week I had a 75% no show rate which is unacceptable. Needless to say, I contacted a different agency and so far have been pleased. I will not be using...

Gisell is an awesome coordinator and care giver. If I have a problem she comes and takes care of the problem. She steps in to take care of my dad if a caregiver can not make it. She is wonderful and so caring! Joe has made a great connection with my dad and always makes sure he has meals and good conversations ! He really does care. We appreciate him so much.
