The fact that I have to select a star in order to give this place a review would be the only reason I provided this place with one. This place is lipstick on a pig. From the office staff. maintenance, maintenance wife (that ends up calling residents back after hours) to the pest control is very unprofessional. I would not suggest anyone moving here as it only looks decent from the outside. Since moving there has been nothing but bad experiences. My car was stolen off the property and I get crime has no address, but no information was taken from the office in order to do an incident report for their ownership to know what is happening to the residents who reside at their investment. Pest control attempted to break into my front door in daylight being that my top lock was locked. When I told him I will call the police if he does not leave since I did not request pest control as Julia stated, he yelled back "call them". My heat went out in the winter, and I was given a small heater and when the drunk Maintenace came out he could not fix it and then just never returned it still doesn't work today. Being that it is now summer and now my A/C is out and that too is broken and not fixed since the beginning of this week. In which I had to go to my daughter’s home last night at 1am since it was 80 degrees in my apartment. I also have friends who lived here and now moved out and they are being charged by Conservice with May utilities dates being that she moved out in April. I guess management forgot to move her out on time in OneSite which is crazy being that the task has to be completed everyday to forward dates. Being understaffed for maintenance or having to get freon orders or replacing the entire unit approved is not the resident's issue and if you would like to keep the occupancy or the trend decent, I suggest you start treating the residents here that pay rent on time right! I won't be referring anyone to live here and if a fair housing lawsuit needs to be filed, I have the means to make those arrangements as well. The fact that I even have to leave one star will never sit right with me. Since management and AG living refuse to help me or reply to my emails and voicemails I figured EVERYONE should know about my experience here in the death trap. For one I’m unfortunately a tenant here trapped in a lease that was presented to me by con artists. When I first moved in my unit, it was still dirty. I have a hole in my laundry room that has never been replaced. I had mold in my dishwasher and instead of replacing it maintenance just put bleach in it and left. My kitchen sink flooded the dining room and living room area and that took 2-3 days to be addressed. Now to the good part, every time it rains more than 2 days in a row, water comes from my floorboards and walls this happens often and only been addressed ONCE! I have asked the manager countless times (which are documented) for someone to check for mold and Natalie disregards that every time. I have random rash break outs on my face and shortness of breath when in my unit for extended period of time. No one has done nothing about it. I emailed Natalie again on 5/5/25 and she offered to transfer my unit when I asked for more details she stopped replying. I then physically went to the corporate office for assistance and was greeted at the door by some random who stated the people who can help me are only in office on Mondays. I have been getting the run around for months about simply getting a mold test or just letting me out of my lease as this place is a live in Petri dish as of right now this very moment I have still yet to hear back from management or the owners! Do not move here. Not to mention you pay for amenities that you cannot use and the walls and floors are paper thin you can’t help but to hear EVERYTHING. Nobody abides by the loud noise curfew because of which you may hear someones child running around ALL NIGHT! I wouldn’t recommend this place or this type of service to my worst enemies and I am now taking legal action due to the negligence and the disregard these people have for their residents...

Lived here about 6 months now. This place will be okay if you happen to get a unit without many problems and you don't mind going without water or other promised amenities for periods of time. It's iffy if your trash will actually be picked up whether it's out on time or not. The pool has looked like an absolute hazard and remained unopened all summer. They told us where we could register when we first moved in, just for us to have had to pay around $400 in towing fees (we got lucky we had money to pay before that number started rising) because apparently where we were told to register didn't count. We were only informed of this AFTER our car was already towed. There are also plenty of other reasons they'd be happy to tow your car so be careful if you choose to park your car here that you read every bit of fine print and get clarification and documentation. Only good thing i can say is that the maintenance men are pretty good about getting here in a timely manner the times we've needed them, but overall this complex doesn't care about the quality of life here. We lose water with zero forewarning. Sometimes they do send out an email once it's already shut off and you cant do laundry, dishes, shower, or anything until they turn it back on. Makes it extremely difficult to go to work and maintain things at home when I'm unable to do necessary things like that. As i said, if you get lucky with the unit and you have places to shower, do laundry, do dishes elsewhere, and dont mind taking your own trash despite having to pay for it, and have NO other options, moving here might be alright as a last resort so that you technically have somewhere to sleep. If you have other options i highly recommend avoiding this place. The quality of these buildings definitely reflects the base rent price. With what we pay for all of the extra amenities we don't actually get, it's definitely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else if you...
