I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at one of your Subway locations. The encounter left me feeling dissatisfied and disheartened, especially considering it was my first experience at a Subway restaurant.
I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior of a specific staff member, a brunette employee with a short haircut. Throughout my interaction with this individual, they displayed a consistently rude and impolite attitude towards me. Their demeanor seemed as if they were doing me a favor by serving me, and their communication was devoid of basic courtesy.
As a customer, I believe it is imperative to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this particular employee's behavior not only dampened my mood but also greatly affected my overall dining experience. Such negative encounters not only tarnish the reputation of your establishment but also diminish one's appetite.
I hold Subway in high regard and believe in the importance of maintaining high customer service standards. My husband and I went to the Broadway and 30 location FIRST and it was way under staffed (only one employee in the whole store) and packed to the street. So we decided to try THIS location and when my husband went inside he was the only one inside however seconds later was followed after by a woman and her daughter (I assume) ... When my husband approached the order desk the sandwich maker did not greet nor say anything to him he literally just looked at him then after my husband we realized this man wasn't going to greet him he then said he would like "XYZ" .. the whole time my husband was ordering this man was smug, sarcastic and was snarky towards my husband. My husband just wanted to support the local shops but we both agree it's stuff like this that makes us go-to Jersey Mike's, or Jimmy John's for a way more pleasant experience. And not to mention the 30 and Broadway location was packed but we been there twice before and both times they have been pleasant. This men behind the counter on January 20th 2023 around 732pm really dislikes making sandwiches. Mine and my husband sandwich was made with sarcasm and hatred. Do better Subway...

I was able to place an online order at 7:55pm cst on a Saturday 04/05/1025 and the website says they close at 9pm cst and in app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order at 8:03 they said they didn't receive my order and nothing came through, but the app said it was confirmed and in process. I was told the hours were wrong and they close at 8:00pm cst on a Saturday. When I asked how to cancel my order or how to request a refund I was told to do so in app. As I stood there looking for the option I advised by the two store workers it wasn't an option. I asked for the managers number and called. The manager lied and said since the order didn't print out that I would recieve a refund in 48hrs. A week later a no refund. The poor customer service recieved from the in store workers, the lack of in app support, and the lack of support for the manager is unacceptable. I won't be visiting this...
