I recently received the small pink arrangement and I can say that it was by far the most gorgeous flowers my partner has ever gifted me. He decided to purchase here again for Valentine’s Day. To say I was underwhelmed by what showed up is an understatement. The arrangement was delivered close to 8pm. My partner apparently had to call multiple times to make sure it was still coming. There seems to have been an issue with our arrangement that was never communicated to him, until he called very late in the evening inquiring as to why it had not been delivered yet. The arrangement is just very sad looking. Some of the flowers came already bruised/dried out. There’s an excessive amount of greenery filling that just makes it look like a bunch of weeds growing out of it. There’s a huge bald spot at the top, and quite honestly it just looked to me like it was made by an amateur. Comparing to the other arrangements I see on these reviews and the one I previously received, this does not seem professionally made to me. I’m sure it was probably just the Valentine’s day rush, but I would’ve much rather they cancelled the order or rescheduled the delivery for another day if it would’ve ensured a better experience.

Husband ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my house they were at 9:00pm!!! He kept calling thru the day to check on the delivery status no answer phone sound busy customer service issues. My husband paid xtra for more flowers order it big and made it more personal the arrangement. What we got was small mediocre not what he ask for and paid. I call the flower shop ask to talk to the manager was past to a guy name Keith?? The owners husband started very rude I ask for his name he said you are calling tell me your name then I said I received flowers from the shop from my husband delivered until 9:00pm he said I have a lot of people complaining but all they want are the flowers FREE!!!! I ask him did my husband ask for a discount when he placed the order no then he doesn’t want them for free or reduce price he wanted the flowers to be delivered during a reasonable time not almost till midnight he said well you did got them on Valentine’s Day worst business service and customer service coming from the owners husband that I am pretty sure he eats and lives from the profits of this business!!!!! I was surprised that my husband hadn’t gotten me anything for valentines. Which is fine, but it did make me a little sad. Because he always gets me flowers and my favorite chocolate.
