I have purchase the Theratouch Pro Neck & Back Massager from this vendor. They are in booth here at the show, please don't make careless mistake that I do. I have problem with this item and won't work after 3 month. The power switch is defective and trying to get an exchange is difficult. I find that this company is working on a hit-and-run deals. I have also find out that their listing company address is in a UPS store at 11450 US HWY 380 Suite #130 - 290 Crossroads, TX 76227. If you look at their warranty registration, it is the same address as the P.O. Box. There is not way to contact them. It's a lost cause if you trying to get in touch...
