Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

Just ordered a pizza. And what a horrible service! NEVER AGAIN! First of all I order a Garlic Crush pizza and received another type of pizza that I’m allergic to and secondly who sells a pizza without cutting it in slices. It’s a non cut whole pizza. Omg how I’m I supposed to cut it.

I spend $27 including tip for a pizza that I didn’t order. That I’m allergic to. And calling them they are saying it’s not their fault it’s customer service, so when they have a call center THATS NOT IN THE USA when I called the number on this location and when customer service makes mistake they wash their hands and doesn’t wanna help. And be rude with their customers. All calls supposed to be recorded so yall can see I told the agent what I wanted.

Now they are saying they don’t have any Garlic Crust, why I wasn’t told that on the call, they just choose any pizza for me to make a sale. It’s not fair, the only reason why I ordered with papa John is because of the garlic crush other wise I was gonna eat something else. Now I can’t eat the pizza and I’ve lost $27. I told yall come back for this pizza because we can’t eat it.

Very poor service! No leadership when it comes to solving mistake...

THE WORST EVER. The night of my 21st birthday after going out and drinking, I came home and ordered a pizza at 10:25pm (close at 11). PJs usually takes over an hour and a half to deliver, (they take MUCH longer than dominos). I waited until midnight till I concluded my pizza was never coming, by that time everything was closed and I was S.O.L. I was beyond furious, of all days for them to do this, my birthday? Someone at the store cancelled the order and around 11pm I called the store 4x, with no answer, I called the next day and spoke with karen, who was rude, and not helpful at all, she told me I would need to speak with her gm Adam, still no call from anyone 3 days later, I called and spoke with a more helpful person who said she would call her GM, according to her record books, someone did try to deliver the pizza, however this is UNTRUE, I never recieved a call, and NO ONE ever came to knock on my door. After waiting for an answer, the GM said there was "nothing" he could do for me, which is complete BS!, I'll tell you where I'm never ordering...

I usually get a pizza once a week. I try a variety of places mostly PH and Doms....It was late and I decided on PJs. I ordered on line an extra chees, extra sauce , Canadian bacon and onions pizza. When I picked it up and brought it home I noticed immediately how bad this pizza was made , it was as if someone randomly threw ingredients on the pizza....the cheese was lacking, in fact there were patches of pizza where there was no cheese, no extra sauce and the onions were still raw!!!. And it was $20 to boot!! I will NEVER EVER go here again. I could have gotten a better $4.99 frozen pizza. THIS pizza WAS HORRIBLE!!!! HANDS DOWN EASILY THE WORST PIZZA OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!! WISH I COULD RATE...
