Needed some fix a flat and they had several brands and sizes to choose from. The young lady that rang me up was very friendly and professional. It was a good transaction. Update Nov. 18th, 2023. Went in for just a small part. Someone came to help me very quickly. They had plenty of people on duty to help customers, which was refreshing. They no longer are mailing coupons or promotions, so they are asking for phone numbers and emails to send you ads. Nope! A well stocked store with a friendly and helpful staff. Recently I needed to recharge some 134a Freon in my truck, but it was rather late in the season (although quite warm) so there was none on the shelf. One of the staff (Eric) took me back to the stock room to pick out which kind I needed (there are different fittings on different brands) and got me fixed up. They have other services such as tool rental and can check batteries for capacity and run OBD-II diagnostics, for example. Like others they have staffing problems. My biggest problem is the fact that they do NOT know their parts. Yet they are quick to diagnose a customers Vehicle and sell them the part that will "supposably" fix it. I think they would be better served learning their parts and become "Parts Professionals"
