Recently I needed to recharge some 134a Freon in my truck, but it was rather late in the season (although quite warm) so there was none on the shelf. One of the staff (Eric) took me back to the stock room to pick out which kind I needed (there are different fittings on different brands) and got me fixed up. They have other services such as tool rental and can check batteries for capacity and run OBD-II diagnostics, for example. Yet they are quick to diagnose a customers Vehicle and sell them the part that will "supposably" fix it. I think they would be better served learning their parts and become "Parts Professionals"
