Delivered to this establishment on New Years Day (01-01-25) appointment was at 9:00am. I arrived on time. Greeted by an extremely unprofessional dock worker. He just walked out, took my paperwork, handed me some paperwork to sign and opened the gate. No directions or further instructions on where to actually dock. I'm not one to pull to either a shipper or receiver and just dock where I please. It's my first time delivering here so I was not aware of how many docks there are. So I pull within the property and asked this same "gentlemen" (Black Man, don't know his name and I doubt if he would have given it to me) "which dock?". He answers "the one next to it" as if that explains anything. Again, my first time delivering here, so I was unaware of how many docks they have (2). It's New Years day so I guess he's not happy about working today. Not my problem and us Drivers don't deserve this type of extremely rude, not to mention, unprofessional behavior because these individuals are obviously unhappy with the current employment or employer. Of all the places I have to either PU or Deliver to...Pepsi and Coca-Cola employees seem to be the absolute perfect examples of...

Arrived at gate, called number 5 times no answer. Went inside and note read to stay in truck and someone will be with. Waited 10 minutes no one. Called number another 10 times no answer. 15 minutes late African American male came out handed a paper about unloading and being professoonal. Think the company needs to advise this to their employees because individual was rude and had an attitude. Very unprofessional, which created a hostile environment which is against their own rules according to said paper. Individual said docks in back and thats it. Went to docks in back and backed into door that the door was open, assuming that's the one they wanted me in because said individual lacked communication skills. Never been to this location but been to other Pepsi locations, this one by far the worse and definitely needs attention from corporate. A lot of guessing games and no one answers phone or comes to gate to assist until they feel they are ready. Very unprofessional for a site that makes you sign a paper for the same issues they create. No real off street parking unless u pull into the drive. Only room for 1 truck if they are not pulling in there own trucks They do not let u in before 8 am period ..u call from the driveway

arrived at 730 ...phone rang busy no one ever answered cones In Place since the gate is tore up .at 815.walked into office because the number I called didn't work ..rudely treated by one of the workers..he just pointed ...nothing said ...went back to truck and sat waiting on him to decide to do his job ... I don't work for pepsi but if I did I surely wouldn't act like such a jerk to drivers bringing you product so you all have a job here...your a warehouse u depend on trucks to bring you product.

..to the hilo driver ... treat your own drivers like crap if you want but not someone bringing in product for you to distribute. If you don't like your job go find one you do like. You don't have to treat people some kinda way ...you work there you don't own the company.

They have him training someone as well... real dumb move to train people to be arrogant rude and lazy because ignorance...
