Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Metter

We ordered at 8pm Saturday night so we were ok with the 45 minute delivery time we got 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon buns. The actual delivery time was double that promised 45 min. My 14 year old daughter got the food from the driver and no cinnamon buns or explanation. We sat the pizzas down and the bottoms of the boxes are cold to the touch, my 4 year old is starving by now and whining as I call the store. The "Mgr" Timothy gets on and starts talking to me like I'm another customer he texted earlier to replace THEIR cinnamon buns they forgot.......he was rude when I asked how long until we can get OUR cinnamon buns replaced, another hour or so. I told him the pizzas are not up to par but my kids are hungry so can I just get a refund of just the buns we never got, he refused a refund for just the buns saying he had to get back the whole order that my kids are already eating. After dealing with these same issues from this store multiple times. Forgotten, cold, or improperly prepared food and bad customer service I didn't want a credit to be forced to give repeat business.I had to keep the pizzas at 9:40 at night to feed my kids. Way to put a customer over a barrel there Timmy, force me to keep the cold food 1/2 missing or lose money literally paying you to be rude to me.... picture attached is what we had to eat for dinner it wasn't...

So, we tried to get the special Pizzahut was promoting for Tuesday. It was $2.00 for up to 4 people per order for one topping personal pan pizza's. My husband made the order online. And made our way to Metter. We arrived and within 5 to 6 minutes our order was ready...awesome right?...WRONG!! The pizza's had NO cheese, only bread and VERY little sauce. A drop or two of the beef we ordered and that was it! My husband went back inside to ask if we can have what we ordered, and the guy took back the pizza's to remake them. Awesome yes??....Great service....WRONG AGAIN....LOL The guy started remaking our order WITHOUT GLOVES. At that point, my husband just asked for his money back. (rightly so). I'm sorry but you don't do customer's orders like that in the food industry. Who knows if this guy just came from the bathroom, or he was on break...I don't want to get Anyone in trouble, but I want to make people aware. Watch who's making your food and Pray 🙏🏽. Y'all...

Do not expect your order to be correct if you have it delivered. I had pretty much written this Pizza Hut off about a year ago when after 2 1/2 hours I still did NOT have my pizza, and wings I think my order in all was about $35. Multiple calls resulted in multiple excuses, none of which ever matched. When the girl finally got there she was honest, and said that the inside crew just forgot to put the order out, and that it had sat in the warmer for about an hour. It was horrible. They gave me credit and told me that my next order would be free. Well how convenient for them the next time I called they had no record of me getting a free order. So I quit using them, tonight I am stuck at work and decided I wanted some wings. Well sure enough they had forgotten 1/2 my order, it took 2 phone calls to get this taken care of, I believe the Metter Pizza Hut is officially off the list of places...
