My shipment got massively messed up and I had a horrible experience until Brittany in the Miami office stepped in and fixed everything. She is amazing! Luckily the CFO was in the Miami store and Brittany was able to engage her and reissue my gift and get it done quickly. If it wasn't for her, I would've never shopped at Eberjey again. My advice, go to the Miami store or call Brittany directly for any of your shopping needs...

My daughter and I visited the store today and were blown away with the staff and the clothes. Britney was truly amazing and camille was lovely , and I bought the softest most gorgeous PJs. The customer service was amazing and we loved your store and your vibe. Next time we are in Miami from London we will visit to buy and more importantly say hello!! Thank you so much .
