Fernanda's Beauty Salon — Local services in Miami Beach

I had the most horrific experience here. I am appalled that Fernanda is still allowed to run a business. The customer service is non existent as well as common human decency. Fernanda is not a kind woman and treated me very unfairly on multiple occasions. The last time I had an appointment with her was the last straw. She is rarely running on time for her Keratin hair appointments. I was waiting for close to an hour and a half! A woman walks into the salon and Fernanda took her before me because she was her friend! I was furious!! I went to the appointment book and the 'friend' was scheduled 2 hours after me but Fernanda still took her first. I told he I was there first and she would not believe me! I showed her the stamped valet ticket I had and she started yelling at me, telling me she is working on her friend first. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I drove from Hollywood to Miami Beach to get this service done for an event. I promised myself I would not let her touch my head again. I spoke to the lobby manager and the Condominium manager about her work ethics and mistreatment of people and they didn't do much to appease the situation. Fernanda's Beauty Salon is NOT a salon that should be visited . It is not the place to go if you would like to be treated with respect while paying your hard earned money to have a beauty...

I have been client of Fernanda's Hair for over 20 years back in my early 20's, I love that my hair has always been amazing and I know is amazing because of the people that during the years has asked me where do I get my hair done, Always very clean and efficient, is the best price in town they really haven't increased the prices much during all this years and they have keep their services consistent.
