I was going to leave a 3 star review due to the location and convenience, but after this morning‘s service, I am forced to leave a lower rating. My husband and I visited this place last night for dinner and this morning for breakfast. Let’s start with last night. We seated ourselves and waited about 10 minutes to be serviced by the waiter, where we immediately ordered an appetizer (chips and salsa) and placed our drink order. We received the appetizer and drinks about the same time, about 15 minutes after placing the order, with no apology, or acknowledgment from the waiter. The food took about 30 minutes to be served. The establishment was not busy at all. I ordered a burger and fries, and the burger was so greasy, it kept dripping grease the entire time I was eating it. The fries were extremely cold as if they had been sitting for a very long time. My husband ordered the 3 fish tacos, which he only ate one because of how horrible the taste and sauce was. Our total came to 107.00 for a burger and fries, fish tacos, and 2 draft beers.

This morning we went, and I began to sit down at an empty table. An employee approached me, and advised that a hostess will have to sit us, because that table was dirty, and there was a line to be seated. I advised the employee that I was unaware of this, because nobody said anything to us when we entered the establishment. When it was my turn to advise the hostess that we wanted a table for 2, she asked me for my room number. I had to check to see what the exact room number was, and the hostess cut me off, and advised me, I could pay cash or Credit card. I advised her that my breakfast was included with my package, and she told me that because I’m not sure what my room number is that I should take a seat. I told her to give me 2 seconds to confirm the room number, and she proceeded to tell me to sit down. When we were finally seated, the breakfast options were very limited to about three items because of the package that we bundled with our stay. So, we were pretty much forced to order from three different courses, and none of them were very appealing to us. My husband asked for some kind of Cuban meal that entailed an upcharge, and the waitress brought him out something completely different. When he asked about it, she argued that she was certain he ordered what it was that she brought out. What really topped all this off, I paid an additional up charge for bottomless mimosas. After the mimosa, I requested to have two of them to go. The waitress had the nerve to tell me “ These drinks are not to be shared”. And that she could not provide me with another one, although I paid for bottomless. How can you assume that I was sharing a drink just because I asked for two to go? That’s the whole point of bottomless. Even if I was sharing, I literally PAID FOR BOTTOMLESS, so why does it matter? Needless to say, we will never visit this establishment again, and definitely don’t recommend it. From the service, to the food, to the prices, I would definitely recommend exploring other options to eat at the Eden ROC Hotel. The worst experience we’ve had here so far and it’s only...

So different from the last time we had dinner here. Last time, I couldn't stop raving about this place and how great it was We were a huge party and were taken care of incredibly. This time, not so much. Started off with not being able to sit a party of 14 in 1 table if we wanted to order from the menu. We were informed that if we all sat together we had to order from a different "family style" menu. To me that is so weird, considering, we sat 8 in one table and 6 in the table next to us, still 14 guests on 1 check. Go figure. We ordered our food and there was a communication issue with the kitchen and wait staff. The server came back and informed us that they were out of the pork chops and meatballs for our 3 meatball appetizers, however, 5 of us ordered Spaghetti with Meatballs which we received a short time later. Then out of nowhere, all of the meatball appetizers were delivered to our table. This caused an issue because once we were told the meatballs were not available, we ordered different appetizers and now had double appetizers. I realize we could have sent them back, but that's not the point. We enjoyed them We had the meatballs last time and truth be told that's why we ordered them again. They are excellent. The food flavor is really good. The problem is in the staff and policy. Easy fixes in my opinion. Forcing a large group to order from a limited fixed menu simply because we want to sit together is foolish. Communication between the kitchen and the...

It’s a shame because the location and the atmosphere are stunning, nested in an iconic spot along the boardwalk. We booked for a spa day and decided to hit ocean social for a lunch. Starting from the hostess that sat someone else on my reservation and in a rude way sat us in back table like if it was our fault her mistakes also stating the place was packed when clearly was 60% capacity at most. We changed table with the server since there were 5 available and here is when the problem started . They changed servers for us nobody and let us know and we were ignored for a good 25 minutes event tho we asked for a server multiple times. Appetizers came, mediocre at best While half way throu our appetizers they showed up with the main courses. A cheap undercooked burger and a pale half empty taco. We asked them to return them while we finish the appetizers. Server showed up again with the same main courses now ice Cold and was clearly upset when we asked to kindly re make them since almost 20 minutes have passed Manager showed up after 4 times we asked for him. He confusingly said the table change was the reason of whole the mess. He kindly offered another drink stating he couldn’t do anything regarding food order discount since the pos was being updated.we didn’t want discount or free items it was only to let him know how the experience was . As I said a Shame because the place could have been managed and run way better than...

Melted on Mother’s Day! We purposely selected inside when we made reservations on OpenTable. When we arrived we were told there was no indoor seating. It was over 90 degrees and very uncomfortable. The manager, Flavio, tried to be helpful by ensuring we had one of the portable fans pointing us and getting us a pitcher of ice water but my mom is very sensitive to the heat so my focus was to eat and get out of there! He offered to move us to the other restaurant but they were not offering the buffet that we were looking forward to. To be fair, the food was good and they had a decent variety but I couldn’t really enjoy it. They had nice seafood options, a tasty Jamón ibérico, a gyro station and a huge array of desserts, although the sugar on the Croquembouche was overcooked which made it inedible. The music was great. A nice mellow guitar player that was not too loud. It was a beautiful view and on Thanksgiving in November, it would have probably be fantastic. In May, never again.

Today, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the restaurant Ocean Social located at the Eden Roc. To my surprise, the valet parking attendant informed me that they only accept cash or Zelle payments, claiming that their card payment system was not functioning. However, when I confirmed this with the front desk, they assured me that their payment system was indeed working fine and that the valet parking attendant had provided incorrect information. Adding to my disappointment, my car was left parked right in front of the hotel, raising suspicions about possible undisclosed cash transactions. I have attached some pictures for reference, as well as the contact number of the individual responsible for parking my car. Regrettably, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have no intention of returning to Eden Roc. The level of service provided at this establishment falls far below acceptable standards, and I cannot subject myself to such disappointing experiences.

This is our home away from home. Every-time we come to Miami, It’s either Nobu or Eden Roc Hotel. But our favorite person is Roberto at Eden Roc. Social club is where we have our breakfast everyday whenever we are there. They have the beautiful ocean front view. Great ambiance. Breakfast menus changes a lot so that can be annoying. My favorite was the waffles and fried chicken tenders. They took that dish away. So sad! The last time we were there in March they served this amazing buffet brunch. That was to die for! Best Bloody Mary as well ! We forgot his name but no one makes it as good as this gentleman. He’s tall, dark and handsome! Every time he sees me , he already knows what’s up ha. I like how they remember their guest. But to top this off , MAYELIN another favorite person. She always made us feel welcome! She was very pleasant, personable and professional! Love seeing her smiles every time she greets us. Overall I say yes to this ocean front restaurant
