Marcella Acosta Boutique — Local services in Miami Beach

Looks like reviews have somehow disappeared for this shop so reposting my previous review… BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I purchased two "designer" jackets that were supposedly "Louis Vuitton" and "Fendi". Both items have been confirmed as counterfeit. After seeing another customers review whose money was refunded when she discovered herself in the same situation, I am posting this review in hopes for a similar outcome. Some people are fine with wearing counterfeit designer items, but it should be up to the customer. Lying to make sales is not okay. Marcella acted as if she gave me huge discounts because I was shopping on my birthday. She tried to force me to drink while shopping, her associate asked me if I wanted anything. She told her "don't ask, just bring it to her!!" And then she went on to say she was giving me even crazier deals because SHE (Marcella) was drunk. She offered me a "Chanel" tote starting at $1800 then eventually got down to $500 because she said she previously owned the bag and it had "bad memories" associated with it. I passed on the bag but took photos of it and it is an obvious fake. Marcella was EXTREMELY pushy. Her sales associate texted me the next day and asked if I wanted to come back for the Chanel bag and I said actually I would like to return the items and she said only "no refunds" but later said only Marcella could do this and she would be out at a "doctors appointment" on the last day of my trip.

Like another reviewer, I was somehow subscribed to both Marcella and her husband's email updates which prompted me to check her reviews to see if I had been the only one scammed by this person and business. BUYERS BEWARE. Marcella, if you choose to contact me to refund my purchase please do...
