My experience was phenomenal. I wasn’t familiar with the area, as I was visiting from Texas, but I was able to call and get directions from the staff. I was transported by rideshare, and was dropped off right outside of “The Tavern” which is the restaurant connected to the hotel where the spa is housed. It was a lot smaller than I thought, but the experience made up for that. Erica was my therapist for my service this day, and she was nothing short of amazing. I got a 50 minute Ocean’s Deep (I think that’s what it was called) with hot stones added. My only regret is that I didn’t book a longer session. It was the perfect end to a very relaxing solo vacation for myself and I am anticipating my return when I visit again. Undeniably the best massage I’ve ever had! I went here last Saturday with my mom for her birthday and we were definitely not disappointed. I was a little discouraged at first because it took almost 20 minutes for us to find parking so I decided to just go ahead and cancel, but after calling and speaking to Michelle, she was able to reschedule our massages for later in the day and I was very grateful for that. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I had Libia and my mom had Ali who were both AMAZING!! Libia was very attentive to my needs and was very gentle yet firm. She had an all around good aura which made me feel even more relaxed. I felt so relieved after I was done but I was sad because it was over lol her hands are God sent.
