Williams-Sonoma — Local services in Miami Beach

We made a purchase at Williams Sonoma for $2,900, but the merchandise was never delivered. When we went back to the store to file a complaint, the manager Douglas Pérez told us to make the purchase again and assured us that the company would process a refund for the first transaction. Trusting his word, we paid a second time.

It has now been more than five months, and the refund has never been issued. Instead, the company is refusing to take responsibility and keeps telling us to contact our bank, even though it is clear that the responsibility lies with them as the merchant.

After countless calls and follow-ups, all we received were evasive answers and unprofessional treatment. Our bank has confirmed that Williams Sonoma is the one who must issue the refund, yet they continue to deny it.

Horrible store manager who lacks integrity. I called the store and spoke with the manager about in Nespresso Creatista Plus. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while she placed one aside for me. I provided her my name and phone number and drove over from Doral. 45 minutes in traffic then i paid $5 for parking only to be informed they didn't have it contridicting what she told me. I requested the district managers contact info. I was provided with an email address that was incorrect as well as providing me a non-working phone number all on the store business card.

My daughters purchased a Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas and I decided to exchange the color. They gave me a gift card at William Sonoma and they ordered it online as it wasn't available at the store. I decided a few days later that I wanted to cancel the order as it was backordered for a month. I went back to the store and the manager Douglas Perez said I couldn't get my money back as it was a gift card what he gave me.
