I stayed for 11 days and I didn't like the room at all. Mold under the paint on the wall with the window. Water flows, sometimes, from the frame to the air conditioning in the ceiling (the problem has been for a long time because a hole was formed in the carpet but also a small hole was formed in the ceiling frame). The windows don't open at all so there is no ventilation other than AC, if you have any sensitivity to AC you will have problems. The pool does not exist because it has been demolished (it is under reconstruction). Although there is no pool for the beach, you receive a voucher to take 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for $32. The beach is 4 minutes from the hotel, but the beach recommended by the hotel, for which you get a voucher to pay "only" $32, is at least 10 minutes away. It seems little, but when the sun is burning or there is torrential rain, it matters. If you see palm trees in the pictures in the Lobby, don't expect to see them in reality because they are gone. There are also problems with cleanliness. If it's hot and you go out to the beach, they come to clean after 2 o'clock (when you return to eat or sleep), if it's raining, they come at 9 when you're sleeping because you have nowhere to go. I mean, it's like they want to find you in the room and refuse to let them clean. The phone does not work in the room. The remote control only works to turn the TV on and off, to change the channel and sound only from the TV can be changed. In short, I want to say that only the location is good, but the hotel is very old and looks bad.

My weekend was ruined by your staff. Check yelp this is my first ever review. Manager was great. Bell man Angel was very helpful. Valet and cleaning staff. But your front desk staff ruined my weekend. #NOTPETFRIENDLY #NOTEVENPEOPLEFRIENDLY

staff claimed you were a pet friendly hotel but I could not stay with my dog unless I had her entire medical history vet paperwork and complete vet file with me at the time of check in (which I did have at home 6 hours away bc no one told me I needed it at the time I booked the room and at the time I called the hotel to confirm it was pet friendly). By the way since you canceled my second night I stayed at #Dream #Dreamhotel #southbeach without ANY problems.

front desk staff member (I think name is Billy) told me i couldn't stay without paperwork. He told me this after i was checked in and getting bags up to room. He acted like a jerk. He Would not even listen to any suggestions or options I proposed. When i told him if you don't want my business I will leave but I want a refund he tell me I need to call hotels tonight 800 number my self and deal with it and he would not give me any paperwork to even explain to hotels tonight what happened to support a refund due to the misleading terms. After I show him my phone is dead since Ive been on the road for so long -- he points at the lobby phone and tells me to call hotel tonight and deal with it myself. That was completely out of line.

I will give Manager Carlos or Lucas his dues - he was nice enough to accommodate me because of the mis communication and the terms his hotel lists. But before he arrived there were two gentleman at the front desk. The latino staff member was a complete gentleman very nice and helpful. However, the head ache didnt stop there.

The next morning a different front desk staff member started calling my room at non stop starting 11:45 am; 12pm; 12:15pm; 12:30pm; 12:45pm continuously telling me check out was at 12pm. After I explained that I was given late check out yesterday for 1pm he cut me off and said there was no way I could have 1pm check out because he's the only one that authorizes late check outs. I asked him to pull my receipt and contract his hotel made me sign yesterday and then cal me back. When eh calls back he just says check out is at 12pm. when I asked him about the receipt he acknowledge it said 1pm check; acknowledge it was initialed and signed but he would to honor it since he didnt approve it. Although I did not agree I was already up and packing out things and should be out shortly. He kept calling and kept calling until I had to walk down stairs to confront him about how ridiculous this was. He continues to be a bigger jerk, irate, and telling me Check out is at 12pm. At this time it was 1pm; I was ready to check out; and I asked to speak with his manager again. I got him on the phone heard the whole I'm so sorry well address it. That was completely unacceptable.

Even with the headaches; I never once asked for any free upgrades or discounts because of your staffs actions or inconveniences; I even offered to pay additional to upgrade to the penthouse suite; i brought another customer later that to book a room because of your initial professionalism. This is after you canceled my second day and made me find a new hotel -- by the way #dreamhotel #southbeach was amazing from staff, to room, to rooftop pool and bar)canceled the second day of the reservation).

Unacceptable. Take some responsibility for...

This review is to inform people not to use Albion's Valet Parking. I attended the South Beach Food and Wine this past weekend and paid for valet parking through Parking Panda for parking at Albion Hotel. When I came back from the event I waited 25 minutes + to get my car when there were no other customers ahead of me. Finally, the valet driver showed up speeding in my car. The following morning I noticed a good amount of beach sand on both of back seat floors as someone was picked up and driven around from the beach in my car. I had my car detailed that same day BEFORE the event and so I know this sand was not there before parking at the Albion. I am concerned as to where my car was driven to and who was in my car. I feel violated by this situation!

I called the hotel the morning after the event and spoke to Alex a manager there and explained my situation. He informed me that the valet parking is a 3rd party company (TH Parking ) that is hired by their hotel to park the cars. Alex said that he would look into and contact me the following day (Monday). I never heard back and so I contacted him on Wednesday and he quickly gave me the name and phone number of the parking company. He did not look into the situation nor care. He once again asked if I stayed at his hotel which I did not. Even though I did not stay at this hotel I am pretty concerned about who this hotel has hired to park cars for guests and non-guests.

The fact that he did not return my call or was not concerned about the company handling the cars at their property shows me how they poorly handle their business. At this point, all I can do is continue to contact the parking company who doesn't answer their phone and their voice mail is full. I will also put in a review with Parking Panda and TH Parking.

WARNING DO NOT VALET AT THIS HOTEL !!!! A Thank you to Albion Hotel for how poorly you handled...

I been in Miami 4 times and always booked at Hotel Belleza and had red hair and my son purple. We wanted to stay in a different hotel closer to the ocean & my surprise I booked two rooms for me and my children. Couldn’t fit 6 total in a room so had to get 2 rooms. Paid $250 security deposit for each and they charge me $350.00 because my Tub was supposedly damaged due to my red & purple shampoo for my hair. Never ever heard such thing. Really I never had such discomfort, had my husband go get Clorox Tilex to clean and yes it worked slightly but needed to be rested for more than 20mints, and I had to leave to airport couldn’t stay but when my daughter went upstairs to check if I left a document she saw the tub more cleaner. But couldn’t take a picture. Our lost, & to be honost the pictures are deceiving, the hotel doesn’t look anything like pictures, breakfast is so wrong, false advertising on breakfast pictures, my room 303 smells like swear gases coming from the vent, & vent for bathroom didn’t work, & ceiling is peeling and internet service was really bad, used my cell internet to get work done. I’m very so sad about how this trip ended, they sure made me feel coming back home fast. I did love the location, the bartender was awesome gentleman and the door young man was a charm anybody else they were so rude and money is there focal point. Oh and I never tipped the maids because they never did a good job despite I would pick up the garbage for them and put it nicely for them.and for me to buy Clorox Tilex to clean makes me think what chemical they use that they couldn’t get the paint off themselves. Due to COVID very anti-hygienic place, I do not recommend unless they change there defects and there false advertisement. Going back to Hotel Belleza. Oh and yes Hotel Belleza has laundry and...
