Absolutely the most horrible VS experience I’ve ever had. The store is messy and the employees are slow and rude. They let me wait for over 15 minutes in the fitting room to assist me so I walked out, meanwhile they were talking to each other how another customer ‘smelled’ and about the need to ‘sanitize her fitting room’ after she left.

I also made it very clear what I came for and that I was very short on time and yet they took their time and were trying to sell me discounted items I didn’t ask for. When I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in anything else than what I came for, the lady walked away rudely without saying a word.

Even when I asked for a specific item they just told me which tables-somewhere on the other side of the store-I should check.

I’m not the type of customer that goes online to complain about experiences but the employees in this store boiled my blood!! I can totally understand why they are closing 20 stores, no VS...

So, I came here to get my tagged removed because it was left on the PJ that I purchased. Which wasn’t from this store, but I came days before and asked to get it removed and they had not problem.

I went today and they just 5 minutes closed and I JUST wanted this tagged removed for a Christmas Gift. I even showed them the tag on the piece of clothing.

The lady that was wearing red sweater rolled her eyes and just giving me attitude about them closing. I went to the other side in pink and same thing they just refused to remove it.

I get it I worked at Gap in Lincoln Road but even then when we get customers at last minute even when we just closed we help them. If it’s a minimal thing like removing a tag.

I wasn’t purchasing anything, returning anything, nor exchanging. I wanted the tag removed
