This place,, , sorry public government office, ,, ,,, is incredible Slow, average 1 hour waiting with out of order Vending machines, almost no parking lot, Horrible & dirty bathroom With no other option because this is the only office in. Fifty miles radius, you have to cross the city to get a $1000 prize that took all morning or all afternoon to reach —- why Fla lottery don’t open another office on the other side of the city- why don’t speed out this process in a few minutes only —— why don’t remodel a place for better comfort, this is very weird —- BUT.. because all the customers are lottery winners — no vary complaint... I Do this; the place reflects a poor system for getting the prizes... I am reconsidering playing the scratched lottery ,,,,, if I have to come here...
