CAME IN TO MAKE A REALLY SIMPLE TRANSACTION. WAITED 30 MINUTES OR MORE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EDERLY MAN IN FRONT OF ME. I ASSUMED IT WOULD ONLY BE A 5 MINUTE WAIT @ MOST. AT LEAST IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. LOW & BEHOLD THE MANAGER OR WHOEVER SHE WAS KEPT BRINGING PEOPLE STARTING NEW ACCOUNTS TO SKIP US WHO HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING A WHILE IN LINE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE ON A BUSY FRIDAY IN THE TELLER OFFICE/ BOX 1 TELLER ON A FRIDAY?? THE LINE KEPT GETTING LONGER. YOU WOULD THINK THE SAID MANAGER WOULD HAVE SOMEONE ASSIST THE WORKER. INSTEAD SHE STARTED HAVING A LENGTHY CONVERSATION WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN SPANISH. COME ON BANK OF AMERICA DO BETTER. FIRST OFF, IT'S EXTREMELY RUDE TO BE HAVING A LOUD CONVERSATION IN FRONT OF ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS IN SPANISH. SPANISH SHOULD BE SPOKEN ON THEIR LUNCH BREAKS OR WHEN THEY ARE OFF THE CLOCK. HOW DO WE KNOW THEIR CONVERSATION ISN'T DEROGATORY TOWARDS ENGLISH PEOPLE. ALL WHILE THE LINE CONTIUNED TO GROW EVEN LONGER. THE OLDER MAN IN FRONT OF ME WAS ABOUT 75 YEARS OLD. HE LOOKED CONFUSED AS EMPLOYEES KEPT PLACING PEOPLE IN FRONT OF HIM WHILE HE HAD BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME AS IS. HE WAS WAITING THERE EVEN BEFORE I GOT THERE. I HAVE A BAD BACK. TO WAIT IN LINE OVER 20 TO 30 MIN. FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN 5 MIN. IS INSANE. I CAN SEE WHY RATINGS AT THIS LOCATION ARE ALREADY SO LOW. I SINCERELY HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS & SENDS A SECRET SHOPPER SO THAT THE MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH CAN BE REPRIMANDED. IF A SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER NEEDS A TRANSLATION THAT'S FINE BUT IT DOESN'T TAKE 5 EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST ONE CUSTOMER. NOR SHOULD TWO EMPLOYEES BE HAVING A SEPARATE CONVERSATION IN SPANISH WHILE THEY ASSSIT NO CUSTOMERS & ALLOW THE LINE WITH CUSTOMERS TO GET OUTRAGEOUSLY LONG. BY THE WAY THE BRANCH WAS MORE THAN STAFFED. NOBODY WAS IN PLACE WHERE THEY SHOULD BE IN ORDER TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE SOME AFRICAN AMERICAN EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION AS WELL. MOVE SOME PEOPLE AROUND. MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES. BUT AT LEAST MAKE IT A...
Read moreI came here today and I waited for 40 minutes for something that takes less than 5 minutes. The guy who was attending everyone was doing great, he was very nice and helpful as well. The problem was that absolutely no one was helping him when there was at least 8 or 9 people waiting in line. Instead of going to another computer and helping the manager was nagging to an employee about how did a customer get inside after they had already locked the doors. Shout out to Gabriel for being a great attendant but the manager instead of walking around doing nothing could've at least helped the poor guy. There was also a lady from one of the offices who was helping someone from the line, at least she was helping with the line. Probably will go to a different Bank of America from now on, they need to treat their employees better and actually help them out. It’s not nice that the customers have to wait long periods of time when it...
Read moreI went to this branch to do my deposit, as I normally do; the one and only teller at the time, Manuel, refused to accept my deposit as it was short a penny, 1 PENNY; I was going to let the Manager know at the time, but she was busy with a customer, and I was on the clock, having a business to run; I drove back to my office to get a penny as I did not have one with me; when I got back, teller Manuel was gone, so I was helped by a different teller, at this point I spoke to the Manager, who apologized and said she was going to talk to Manuel; I felt that at this point the damage was done, I had to waste time away from my business, along with gasoline, on an unnecessary double trip, when this teller could have easily taken a 1 penny short deposit. I work in customer service, have had situations like this, and never done this to one of my customers; I felt very upset, frustrated, and...
