I went in on a Saturday morning on 3/9/24 I was the only person in line so far,and I was pressed for time, however there was two workers and a person I assume was the manager behind the counter, a worker and a manager we’re fixing orders another worker was filling little cups with extra sauce . when she came to the register I asked her how long would it take to make two brisket sandwiches? she told me about five minutes I told her “OK, go ahead let’s make it.” I put in my order and paid for it . she started my order as she got over close to the person who I assume is her manager and she’s getting ready to cook the eggs for the order. The person says something to her and she leaves my order and goes in the back, when she comes back, She comes back with two packs of cups, so I said to her you stop making my order to go and get some cups for the lady who I assumed was the manager, the lady turns around and says oh there’s customers before you and she needs to help, so I told her if you needed her help you should’ve gotten help before I put my order in. Don’t leave my food getting cold while she gets you cups for your order? I thought that was very unprofessional, if the lady who took my order had said I can’t start your order until I help the manager with that order that she was filling ,then I would’ve left because I didn’t have time to wait for somebody’s order To be made instead of mine. That’s why I asked how long would it take before I put an order in.. my brisket ended up with jalapeños which I do not eat so my breakfast ended up being a complete disappointment for almost $30. I should’ve been able to enjoy that. I also purchased 1 lg & 1 med/ sm ...
Read moreDo not order from this place unless you clarify to them exactly what’s in the sandwiches because I ordered a sandwich there twice before and the third time which was today I ordered something called a tasty turkey before I went inside. I looked on the website to see what’s inside the tasty turkey just to clarify what’s inside of it because it’s been a while since I’ve ate there…. Mind you I’ve bought the sandwich before twice so when I went in today to buy the tasty turkey I seen something brownish and pink and I thought that was something burn off from the bagel but as I looked closely, it was bacon.. I am allergic to ham, bacon, or anything pork related products and these people put bacon on an item that doesn’t say has pork bacon in it. It specifically says on the menu online today only has avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cream cheese and the main ingredient, turkey, And a choice of bagel that you would like no where did it say it had bacon. I literally got sick and I can’t stop throwing up. I asked if there was bacon in the sandwich and they said yes….. how is there bacon in the sandwich. the menu doesn’t include bacon in it. seriously this can be a huge lawsuit and anyone can get sick from this. This is really dangerous. Employees should really learn what ingredients are in the bagel sandwiches before making it. And if you don’t believe me, go look at the tasty turkey bagel and you’ll see what’s in the it does not have bacon in it. There is another item. And bacon in it and that’s not the one I ordered. I specifically said...
Read moreAt around 10:15 AM I had placed an order for an Iced Latte, as well as a number of other bagels and coffees. It seems that in the hectic nature of Einstein at that time, I either forgot to ask for a pump of caramel syrup or the cashier did not hear me, and thus didn’t add it to the order. When I received the coffee and didn’t taste the caramel, I asked if it had, and the attendant making coffee, “Owilda,” described herself as the manager and said that I didn’t pay for a caramel syrup and that I won’t receive what I don’t pay for. I then walked back to the cashier and made the line again. When I arrived to the cashier, the cashier attempted to advocate for me with Owilda, but she wasn’t having it. I happily offered to pay the $1.10 for the caramel pump. However, the cashier did not know how to do this. So instead he called the actual manager who said it was not possible to charge for it, but that she would add the caramel pump herself. I insisted on my desire to pay for it, and she refused to accept payment for it. When the actual manager went to add the caramel syrup, Owilda once again chimed in to me expressing how I was robbing them of that money because I couldn’t afford to pay for the $1.10 caramel syrup. Owilda demeaned me and created a horrible breakfast/morning experience. She’s disrespectful, condescending, and does not embody Einstein’s values nor general service...
