Ok get ready. Okay I entered the store to purchase a new tablet with a new line. They actually conjured up this story about me touching someone neglecting the fact that the girl that was mopping the floor actually touched my back. It's all right for employees to touch you on your lower back but it's not okay for customers to actually touch employees Supposedly on the arm which I was told that I've did? but it's okay the other way around I guarantee you it would have been a big problem if I touched one of the females on their lower back which goes back to saying it's alright to touch somebody mind you on someone's lower back but it's not okay that's supposedly I touch somebody on their shoulder? Okay that aside neglecting the fact that I'm actual paying customer, the idiot that made the sale and sold me the tablet pretty much dropped the tablet and made a little scratch on the back, did I complain no, I then proceeded to come back because the tablet went into a black and white mode they did happen to fix it but from there they started acting weird as if I've been doing something or did something terribly wrong. An overweight Manager Elizabeth Martinez actually came out from the back was much was rude, if you want somebody to leave just ask him to leave or somebody is doing something wrong you tell them that moment, Not play stupid and give people stupid looks, it was obvious they had some kind of problem so I actually took that opportunity to leave then I made the opportunity to email that manager from giving me the boot under no circumstances. For some reason they called the police because I was actually sitting in front of the store looking over the tablet pretty much neglecting the scratch that was on the rear. It was a completely weird situation. Not to mention the fact that one of the nut cases that work there was actually working at a new store which I decided to go to she had the nerve to say that she was scared of me or something to her New manager, I didn't know purchasing goods from another store would make an employee scared? Pathetic. TMobile can look over my account and know that I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in products and services, never had any issues as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't even count this as an issue except on their part and if there was any fault in my part they're grown adults speak up say something and as far as I'm concerned I've done nothing wrong but purchase Goods as I normally...
Read moreT-Mobile's policies had a significant economic impact on me and have been a source of frustration due to the necessity of changing all my contacts, bank accounts, and investments tied to my old number.
"Unfortunately, my experience with T-Mobile left me deeply affected, both emotionally and financially. I was attempting to set up a PIN for my SIM card to configure an iPhone 15 with an eSIM, but I ended up locked out of my own account. I had to visit a T-Mobile store in hopes of resolving the issue.
The ordeal was particularly distressing because I was part of a family plan, and without the account holder's authorization, I couldn't change my own personal PIN. It's baffling to think that my own data was inaccessible to me due to what felt like an arbitrary policy.
The consequences were far-reaching. I couldn't reach the family plan account holder, so I had no choice but to get a new phone line. This meant losing a substantial portion of my contacts and missing out on crucial client calls, resulting in a significant financial setback running into the hundreds of dollars.
The situation became even more frustrating when I had to update all my contacts, bank accounts, and investments that were tied to my old phone number. It was a time-consuming and emotionally draining process that could have been avoided with better policies.
While I must acknowledge the excellent service I received at the T-Mobile store, it was disheartening to witness the staff's frustration at not being able to assist me further. In light of this experience, I find it hard to recommend T-Mobile, especially for those considering a family plan. It's essential to weigh the convenience of such plans against the potential consequences and frustrations...
Read moreVery bad service not recommended at all, tonight I had a bad experience Elizabeth attended me and in very bad taste her service did not know how to correctly address my questions and she did not have clear or direct answers, always with detours and the justifications were not the best, I bought an iPhone 14 and I had to cancel the entire operation immediately, they also charged me a fee of $80 dollars for canceling the transaction, without setting foot outside the store, I requested the cancellation at the minute since what was requested was not even possible for her, nor his manager Macias to resolve, the manager's response was to that it is a promotion and they must wait to be able to activate the line which is a lie since when calling 611 they confirmed that this could have been done, I remind you it is not the fact that it is a promotion or not is the fact that the service should be the same for those who are going to buy a simple case or 10 new phones, they should worry about training their people, since he knows service of these two people was terrible in my experience very bad taste, disrespectful...
