My experience today was a mixed bag. At the drive through the lady who took my order had a lot to be desired. She was one of those that when you order an item, her response was "is that all?" That was the response to every item I ordered - and I ordered 5 items. In getting to the window, first they opened the window without saying hello, gave me the drinks without saying a word. Came back handed me the bag and said everything was there. Oh yeah!!!! I was missing an order of fries and there was no cheese on one of my sandwiches and I know I ordered it.
It turns out that I needed to order something else so I ordered inside. Totally different experience. There were two different people that I dealt with inside. They called me by my name, said please and thank you, and were very prompt. On top of that, when I was filling the coke, it was out of syrup. Before I could ask, one of the ladies came up to me and served it to me from the back. This location looks very nice as it was complely renovated and looks nice and clean as you would expect. Read moreCostumer service was absolutely horrendous. My family and I went through the drive through and we waited for about 20 min. for someone to greet us and ask us what our order was going to be. When no one spoke through the speaker, we decided to move up to the window and order there. The person that took our order then asked us to pull up to the front and pick up our order inside. We waited for another 15 min. or so until I asked a women that worked there if she could please tell me what was going on with my order. She then looked at her co-worker, (the one that had taken our order) and made a comment saying “I am going to curse them out”. She also told him that we were HIS clients that he should be the one to “handle” us. It is unbelievable how a “fast food” restaurant took around 45 min to an hour to place, prepare, and give me a simple order. Even when they gave me my order it was wrong. All in all, the service was just not it; and the workers really did not work as a team and certainly need more manners when they are attending their clients. Wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Burger King for about fifteen years and I’m sad to say I will no longer be coming back. For the past two weeks or so, every time I get to this establishment around 6:40 when I get out of work I keep getting told “Our system has updated so we can’t take any six digit codes”. Does your system update every day at the same time and doesn’t allow customers to use the app? I can’t earn points, redeem points or use any offers. I believe the owner is deliberately telling their employees to lie to their customers and shut off the ability to use the app. I would appreciate it if the employees just said “we’re not currently accepting the BK app” instead of telling me that their system is updating, for two weeks? I will be reporting this to corporate and taking my business elsewhere along with other people I know in the area. This location is using deceptive practices and I’m really over it.
