Great service — fast and reliable!

My phone was taking bad pictures because the camera glass was scratched. I tried replacing it at other places, but they wanted to charge me over $300 (uBreakiFix-Pixel 9 Pro XL). After doing some research, I realized their proposed fix was outrageous—they wanted to replace the entire backplate of the phone and overcharge me for a simple repair.

At ElectroProz, they quickly diagnosed the issue and were honest about it. They only replaced the scratched glass, and it cost me just $40.

After that experience, I decided to trust their work ethic. I brought them another device where I already had the replacement screen, and they only charged me for the labor (Google Nest Hub Max). I also discovered that another device, previously “fixed” at the other repair shop, had been poorly repaired—the shield wasn’t replaced, and they had reused the glue on the screen. The team at ElectroProz was able to open that device and properly fix it without replacing unnecessary parts.

I don’t think I need to say more—I’ll be bringing all my devices...

I’m so glad I found you guys!!!! My son’s PS5, HDMI port needed to be replaced. I researched other places and did not get positive vibes. So I tried ELECTROProz and boy I’m glad I did. Customer service, friendliness and prices, superb!!!! Turnaround time was one day, I’m sure I would have had it back the same day but I came late in the evening.
