Horrible company policy. BEWARE!!!!!!! If you choose to give this company your business you should be aware of their return policy. I found out about their SCAM the hard way. As you know the stores are in airports behind security where you can only access them when traveling. So, if you have an issue with a product as I did you need to contact a special 800 number ( only provided to me by the cashier the next time I flew) to initiate a return. Nowhere on the receipt will you find their "policy ", only after you call the special 800 number will they tell you that the item needed to be returned within 14 DAYS!!!! If you choose to give them your hard earned money know that they will NOT stand behind...

The girls knew nothing and spend more time on there phone and sell you the wrong stuff...3 refunds 10 minutes and ...yes I was bothering her from being on her phone. The management has to know that your customer service is horrible and your employees mainly the ones on May 6 th are the worst.
