I must admit, I was thoroughly surprised when I received my burger. While sipping on my double whiskey, I completed the form to order my creation of the perfect Cheeseburger at the bar. As I gazed upon the offerings and made my selections, I could just taste the deliciously juicy burger. To my surprise, the burger tasted better than I expected! The shoestring fries were great as well. The entire staff was super friendly and polite which made the experience that much better. Moreover, I tried the Havana Concrete Lager and now I have another great lager to hunt for. Truly amazing burgers! I forgot to mention, you can have your burger on Texas Toast, on a Bun or as a Salad. Truly worth the visit.

We had some time during our layover at the Miami Airport to grab something to eat before our connecting flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, but only two guys juggling orders and drinks. If we were pressed for time, we would have asked first. I felt they did a good job. They specialize in burgers, I guess we should have ordered one. We were there between breakfast and lunch. My grilled chicken piece was thin and over cooked. The bun and toppings were delicious, tho. The skinny sliced French fries were good. I was told the breakfast burrito was just OK. High prices for the quality, but Airport convenience is always more expensive. They also serve cocktails, beer, and milkshakes.

I was here for a layover at the Miami airport, and when I came in and took a seat at the dining room, I had the feeling that I was being watched the entire time. The place was very empty, so the wait staff started at me and watched me eat my food. There was a bigger older guy in a red shirt who even was watching me eat from the other side of the table. My waiter went to one of the tables next to me and watched me eat. When I looked at him, he would look away as if he wasn’t watching. Overall uncomfy vibes, and was disappointed with the portion size for the price. Burger was decent, but they gave me about 7 fries. Would not recommend coming here due to how pricey it is.

By far, one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I chose a seat at the bar-end of the restaurant. There was no card or placard anywhere on the counter that claimed I was supposed to log into the menu online and order virtually, but when I waved over the bartender to ask after being ignored for 10 minutes, he seemed insulted and snippy that I didn't automatically know that myself. When I told him that I had encountered a glitch, one of the waitresses came over and got mad at me for "not doing it right." When SHE went behind the counter and adjusted the settings afterwards, then the issue was fixed. I ordered my meal: a custom burger with fries and water. When the burger and fries arrived, delivered by a different waitress, I tried to ask her about my water and was promptly ignored. Minutes later, I was finally able to get the bartender's attention so I could get my beverage; again, he seemed annoyed that I asked for what I ordered. The fries were cold, the burger was missing ingredients that I had ordered, and it tasted like all of its components were bottom of the barrel, low quality garbage. I was starving and wanting to leave ASAP, so I ate it. Not even 5 minutes into eating my food, the first waitress comes back, leans over my food, and demands that I pay for it immediately. "You have to close out of all of your apps, open the camera, scan the code, and I need to watch you pay for it before you ditch on us." What kind of service is that!? I hadn't even taken 3 bites of the burger! When I encountered a glitch again, she went behind the bar again to fiddle with the settings, came back to me, snapped my phone out my hands, and started typing away on my own device without my permission. Luckily, the issue was fixed, but I was appalled at her rude behavior! I left no tip, paid, and left. That was by far one of the most, if not the absolute most, unprofessional and inexcusable dining experiences I have ever witnessed. I was actively harassed by their staff for my money before my meal was even close to complete, and the rudeness I experienced for asking questions like, "How do I order," and, "May I please have my water," was beyond atrocious. Stay away from here; I have no idea how this place is still...

I had a very disappointing experience at the Miami airport, Terminal D restaurant around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19th. The takeout counter, which had sandwiches, drinks, and snacks on display, was completely unattended for over 20 minutes. Multiple travelers, including myself, waited around confused, hoping someone would help.

I went inside the restaurant to ask for assistance. The male employee behind what appeared to be the bar area told me it wasn’t his responsibility. A female waitress also dismissed me, saying the takeout area was not part of her job. Both seemed clearly annoyed by my questions and showed no interest in helping or finding a solution.

During that time, several people attempted to make purchases at the takeout counter but eventually gave up and walked away. After I insisted again, the male employee went looking for the person supposedly in charge, but no one ever showed up. I had to leave empty-handed to board my flight.

What’s truly disappointing is the disconnect between the company’s mission and the actual customer experience. Your website proudly claims to “challenge the way people think about burger places,” emphasizing creative construction, inventiveness, and the idea that “life is about experiences.” Unfortunately, the only experience I had was one of confusion, frustration, and indifference from a poorly trained and disengaged staff.

It’s unfortunate that a brand with such a strong, customer-focused message online would allow this kind of operational failure to happen, especially in a high-traffic airport location where service and speed matter most. I can only imagine how much is being spent on rent, branding, and marketing; all undermined by staff who don’t seem empowered, trained, or even willing to help. This was not only a missed sale, but a missed opportunity to deliver on the promise of your brand.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes a serious look at the gap between their marketing and their actual service and makes some...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Counter Burger, located at Miami International Airport, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. As a burger enthusiast, I was excited to try their offerings, and I wasn't disappointed.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their amazing burgers. The moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The patties were perfectly cooked to my liking, juicy and flavorful. The variety of toppings and condiments available allowed me to customize my burger to perfection. From classic options like lettuce, tomato, and cheese, to more unique choices such as caramelized onions and avocado, there was something to suit every palate. The buns were fresh and toasted, adding a delicious crunch to each bite. The burgers were generously portioned, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied.

But the culinary adventure didn't stop there. Counter Burger surprised me with their delectable peanut butter and banana smoothies. Creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor, these refreshing beverages were the perfect accompaniment to my meal. The combination of peanut butter and banana created a harmonious blend of sweetness and nuttiness, leaving me craving for more.

In addition to the outstanding food, the service at Counter Burger was commendable. The manager and staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance, providing a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy my meal amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport.

Overall, I highly recommend Counter Burger at Miami International Airport to anyone craving a delicious burger experience. Their amazing burgers, combined with the delightful peanut butter and banana smoothies, make for a winning combination. Whether you're a frequent traveler or just passing through, make sure to stop by Counter Burger for a memorable culinary treat that will leave you satisfied...
