Horrible dining experience, the staff were extremely rude to customers. I took around 20 seconds deciding what I wanted to get for my last side because of all the options and got annoyed glares from all the workers. They even tried to scoop a dish that I did not ask for because I was "taking too long". After I corrected them, I immediately decided on a dish (sesame chicken), they were clearly annoyed and expressed so verbally, as well as gave me an incredibly small scoop as a reflection of that. My mother also asked if it's possible to have more rice, they gave her half a spoon and counted it as another dish without asking her, resulting in her paying for the most expensive option while only getting 2 dishes. All the food was mid and they are so stingy about portions, especially if you make them annoyed, which they get...

Came here on a Sunday late afternoon during a layover. I remember it being better my last time here when it was closer to the start of lunchtime. Food tasted as if it was sitting for a whole, but overall the meat was okay (very small portion). I ordered the honey garlic chicken and the general tso with an egg roll and side of lo mien. The lo mien definitely tastes overcooked (pretty mushy) and as if it has been sitting as well. I do enjoy the quality of the chicken, it’s better than regular Chinese food where I can’t eat the full piece because I need to take the skin/rough textured pieces out of my mouth. Probably won’t be back, I think there are better options. Price wasn’t bad for airport food at 12.95 before tax. Tip is optional but I tipped 15%, the...

tried to order Honey Garlic Chicken and an egg roll. The staff didn't seem to understand.. this was all I wanted. Wanted to me to do that add-ons for the special. which I didn't want. We went round and round until I finally said .. yes.. give me rice. as I already had asked for Honey Garlic Chicken and an egg roll.. the guy asked me if I wanted an egg roll and I said no.. he gave me rice and veg (terrible) .. when I got to the table, after my husband paid. there was NO Chicken.

The ala carte Menu tells me the price I'm going to pay for just the chicken and the egg roll. but.. they seemed to NOT understand this was ALL I wanted..

have ordered food from this place for the last 20 years.. will not spend my money...

This is what was ordered as a meal combo at Manchu Wok across from D25 @ Miami airport. Price paid~ USD $11+tax The bad: Cold food, the rice is one of those cheap ones, hard and dry, very dry. The amount of food is low compared to what you pay. The taste of the chicken really needs to improve. The attention from the servers need to improve as well. The good : none The “to go” containers are made with some sort of food grade cardboard , very environment friendly, however, if you don’t eat immediately, the container will absorb all your food juices and will end up with h a soggy plate in your hands. I wish they open Panda Express at MIA.

I told the server I wanted 2 portions, but she insisted that I had to choose 3 portions and pay an additional $2. On top of that, I was forced to pay for another drink because it was part of the meal combo. Seriously, I only wanted a combo with 2 portions—I’m not here to pay extra for their upselling tactics. Frustrated, I raised my voice and made it clear that I only wanted 2 portions and no drink. It caused a bit of a scene, but in the end, I got exactly what I asked for. Be aware of these practices if you visit!
