Austin Landing — Local services in Miami Township

Whomever designed this place, which feels like it was dropped in with no regard to the surrounding landscape, was possibly a civil engineering dropout or friend of a local politician.

Let me list the ways this place will inspire frustration if your try to navigate this eyesore.

Interconnected parking lots, why do that? Let’s just have everyone funnel in and out of one entry/exit. No crosswalks (I felt like I was going to die in Ohio) About crosswalks, how about some pedestrian marking and signals? You know since it’s “walkable”. Speaking of trying not to get hit by car operated by a texting teen, how about speed-bumps and some four-way stops? Finally, the signage for this place is confusing and subpar but no need to worry…look at the fountain!!!

If I was a tax-paying Miamisburg citizen I would want to see the receipts on the construction group that put this place together.

Food was alright if you want to eat something off...

My wife and I were out for a drive and feeling the holiday spirit and we knew that recently Austin Landing had an event where they did the lighting of the Christmas tree and so we decided to drive by as we did last year and the year before to get some photographs of ourselves with the Christmas decorations and the Christmas tree at Austin Landing we were able to get some very nice pictures the parking was good and access to the area that we wanted to be in was very good so we were able to park in a well-lit area and still see and enjoy the Christmas tree and decorations while the sounds of the nice waterfall in the proximity was soothing and it was all in all a very good experience I would definitely recommend this for anybody who enjoys...

This shopping area an apartment living area is just too cram packed. You have too many cars too many people... Most of the stores have what you need and generally their customer service is excellent It's just in my opinion too compacted... And since there's so many apartments around there people are walking everywhere and there's lots of cars and somebody's going to get seriously hurt if they haven't already.... I prefer not to go to this area unless I have to generally a go to Kroger's and sometimes to Pet Valu I definitely trying not to go during the day if you go in the early part of the morning or late in the evening it's pretty enjoyable experience especially if you go to the park but I would advise doing it much later to avoid...
