The Frost Factory — Restaurant in Miami Township

Have been here three times and the first two times were a decent experience with a long line being the only hiccup. However I went recently with a friend and the lady who helped us was extremely rude. She kept looking us up and down and when my friend asked to sample something she said “No I can’t do that” even though we’ve always been able to sample a few, which when you’re spending $10+ on a small drink it seems ridiculous you can’t even try it first. As someone who also works in the restaurant industry selling alcohol, she was incredibly unprofessional. She took our orders, handed us our drinks, and didn’t even smile at us. When the couple behind us walked up she immediately asked them how they were and if they’d been there before, it was like she gained back her customer service skills once she didn’t have to serve my friend and I. She was an older woman with short purple/pink hair, she didn’t tell us her name. Because of her, we definitely won’t be coming back and I’ll let my friends know the service and drinks aren’t...

So.. I am torn with this place and a rating for it. I want to give it 5 starts for decor, friendly and amazing staff, great flavors and that kind of stuff, but I truly feel like I wasted $33 when we went. Which, hey, I didn't go there to get fully tossed or anything, but I didnt even get slightly tipsy from the alcoholic version, and neither did my husband which is an actual shame. $13 for an ALCOHOLIC drink is very high for something that I assume has almost no alcohol in it, especially when it's a drink that costs a very minimal amount to make without alcohol.

As I said, they tasted great, maybe a little too sweet, but the price is insane to me for something that doesn't do much for you at all. You live and learn I guess, but I am very disappointed and will not go back for that reason.

Really love the atmosphere of this fun, new, trendy spot! Even though there was a line we didn’t mind waiting because we had heard how good the drinks were! When we got up to the counter the girls working behind the bar were super helpful with helping us decide what flavors we liked. Also really love that there are choices for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as i am not a drinker! I chose the peach mango which was so light and refreshing. They told us they even use fresh fruit in all of their drinks that contain fruit and the garnishes on all the drinks we saw people getting were so cute! Would definitely recommend this place for everyone since it’s kid friendly! Can’t wait to go back and try some more flavors. Next time i will probably get a flight so i can get 3 different flavors and decide which one is my favorite!...
