Exceptional customer service and honest, helpful people! I highly recommend Stereo & Dash! My remote start was not working properly. I thought it was the key fob battery. I had the battery replaced but it didn't fix the problem. The battery salesman told me the remote start might just need reprogrammed. So, I took my car to Ziebart, but they would not help me because they had no record that Ziebart had installed my remote start. I even offered to pay Ziebart for them to troubleshoot it but that was not an option. The only options Ziebart offered me was to take it out and/or remove the old one and install a new one. My mechanic recommended I reach out to Stereo and Dash. I called Stereo and Dash and spoke to Todd. He said he would try to help me although he may not be familiar with the brand of my remote start as it is not one Stereo and Dash sells. He said to stop in and he would take a look. He spent twenty minutes trying to troubleshoot my problem on the spot. Then we decided to schedule a service appointment and if they could not fix my remote start, they would remove it and install a new one. I signed a service order and agreed to pay for an hour of labor to research the issue. Jason called and said they found the problem and it was the key fob batteries. The ones I had installed and replaced were registering as good but were not engaging the remote start. After Stereo & Dash replaced three batteries, the problem was fixed!! They charged me $11.58 for three batteries and that was it!!!! I offered to pay for their time per the work order and they said, "No, we wouldn't feel right about charging you because it was just the batteries." It was not just the batteries to me. It was their kindness, their genuine concern, and their willingness to help! My loyalty will be with Stereo and Dash from here on out! I didn't even know they replace key fob batteries and at a fraction of the price I paid for ones that didn't even work! Thank you so much Todd, Jason and the whole Stereo & Dash team! You took a very frustrating situation for me and made it a positive one!! I will be a customer for life!! I bought a Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth capability from these guys. The stereo is actually back up camera capable as well. I didn’t know this initially. I read it in the owners manual. I dropped my truck off at 1PM. A 2007’ F150 4X4. They said it would probably be ready around 3:30 or 4 PM. At about 2:20 I got a call they were done. I had just walked across the parking lot to Steak-n-Shake & grabbed some lunch. I hadn’t been finished eating long before they called. The stereo though not an expensive model works great! The installation looks fantastic & actually looks like it came from the factory. It’s much better than the hole in the dash I had at least. The original factory stereo died years ago & I haven’t driven this truck for nearly two years. I like the many radio station presets available on this stereo. As far as I can tell over the last couple weeks in having the stereo the installation was flawless. It works perfectly & gives me the hands free ability for cell phone use I needed. Apple Car play works as well as navigation. This truck actually has an ashtray & had a cigarette lighter in the center of the dash below the HVAC controls. They took out the cigarette lighter & put the USB plug in that spot. I’m not a smoker so that was a FANTASTIC idea. I sincerely appreciate the work they did. Overall the cost of the stereo & installation was around $650 with a military discount on the installation. James went over the operation with me upon pickup & settling up on the bill. If I could give this business 10 stars, I definitely would! My experience with Stereo-in-Dash started when I initially called them to inquire about the perfect radio for my situation. I told them my likes, wants and needs for my Jeep Wrangler. They took care of me right from the get-go! They told me about many options we could go. They tackled on my big installation with ease and I felt so comfortable with leaving everything in their hands as, like I told them, "they are the experts". As expected, they far exceeded my expectation. All questions were thoroughly answered, response time was excellent. They covered my every need along the way and gave me updates throughout the entire process. Afterwards, when I spent about a week getting used to my system, I brought it back in for more "fine tuning". They promptly got me right in with no questions asked and they made my sound system sounding even more awesome! If you are looking for a place that takes care of you from start to finish, hands down, this is THE place to go! I cannot say enough wonderful things about these folks!
