Mattress Kingdom — Hotel in Miami Township

The delivery experience can really really ruin it for a business! My in store experience was superb! Amanda was very very helpful and knowledgeable when it can to picking out the right matress. She even threw in some deals that we just couldn't pass up! And I thank her very much for that! However, the delivery experience was horrendous! Our eta was within the 15 minute window finally! Only to get a phone call from the driver stating he would have to reschedule our delivery due to them being in a box truck and he Couldnt get under an underpass to get to our house. I stated that there is another route that is only about a 5 minute difference. Even suggested my husband help meet them and show them the way. He quickly got off the phone saying he would call us back. After several calls between myself and amanda the store manager about how dissatisfied I was with where this was going and possibly not getting my mattess tonight, she finally stated that they will call when they are ready to meet my husband to be shown a different route to my home. The stress kept building and building up that they would try and flake out of this dilvery tonight, the night grew and grew. My old matress and box spring was wrapped up in plastic and out for them to pick up even. Finally after about 4 hours they called and were ready to meet my husband. So deliver was going to be at 130. Ending up happening at 530!! Once there they installed my remote controled frame for our bed, they said that one side will be different than the other side and not synced together so it was basically worthless on our mattress!! Welp upon them leaving my husband took one look at the owners manual and it says right on it that they can both be programmed for the full bed function. So it would help if they could also be better educated on their appliances and beds for assembly. Also noticed a small tear in my mattess once they removed the plastic! After how stressful that entire ordeal was and how delayed and all the hassle I went through with delivery I will not be a returning customer sadly! And thats sad in my opinion bc the store itself was great! Get you some better delivery men with better...
