By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I was in apartment 101 and had never ending problems with my unit and the building. Its a super old building and everything is constantly messing up...the management is terrible as well...the lady in charge sends really childish emails complaining that people are bullying her and it all seemed so unprofessional and got quite annoying to be honest. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism with an apartment or condo in my life lol. A couple months into living here, I discovered there was a serious mold issue in the apartment that was growing all over my clothes and caused a health problem for me as well. I spoke to others in the building and many other people were having the same issue as well, yet the building decided to spend their money on making the lobby look pretty with new furniture instead of fixing the mold that was affecting the health of a large population of their residents. After reaching out to my landlord Yakeline Marquez and her agent Cristina Gehami, they kept saying they were working on resolving the issue but never did anything and my health continued to get worst. The management also said they were doing something about it but no progress ever happened for at least two months when I just moved out. Honestly can't think of any reason why anyone would actually want to live here....its not a nice building at all (super old and gross), the management was terrible, its mold infested, and way too overpriced for what you are getting. If you’re thinking about renting, don’t. Here’s why:

Old building, zero maintenance: Everything is outdated. There is mold throughout the building and inside the apartments. It causes respiratory issues, allergies, skin problems, and chronic sickness over time. Management ignores it completely, even though it’s a major health hazard.

• You pay for everything: The lease says appliances are covered, but that’s a lie. Our fridge broke (because it was old), and instead of replacing it, management said fixing it would cost $1,000. Their own maintenance man admitted there was no fix. Still, they forced us to buy another used fridge for $500. • Fake fines: If the fire alarm goes off while you’re cooking, the building will try to charge you $500, claiming it’s a city fine. In reality, the Miami Fire Department only charges the building after multiple alarms across the property, not individual tenants. So if you get fined, it’s actually because the building already used up its allowed chances, not because of your unit. And to make it worse, the lease doesn’t mention that tenants are responsible for this, so its completely misleading.

• Old building, zero maintenance: Everything is outdated. The AC is in the closet leaks every 2–3 months because the vents are ancient, so all your clothes and shoes will get wet. This condominium is terrible, if you are looking for a place to live, the view may be nice but you are trading off a bunch of things. One of them is if you ever bring a visitor be prepared for paying 20+ in parking, second be prepared for the horrible laundry, the laundry machines are filled with fungus and are extremely disgusting and then also be prepared for the cockroaches, no matter how much you clean or what you do they keep coming 🤢🤮 seriously, the view is nice and all but this is too much of a trade off OKAY EDIT: it’s been 2 months since this review and I feel like I need to add more, since I started living here I’ve gotten continuous throat infections, I am not kidding. I have never had throat infections until I started living here, and I’m pretty sure it’s the air conditioner. The one in my bathroom is filled with mold and also the one in my room is filled with dirt and different things, this is utterly disgusting, the view is nice but this building is a safety hazard, they should probably bring it down and re build it cause it’s filled with more...
