MB 2 Liquor Wine & Beer — Local services in Miami

Even giving this place one star is being generous. I’ve lived around the corner from them for 3 years and was a very good customer - they were convenient and I hate driving in Miami. TBH their selection was subpar and their service was less than desirable but the convenience factor one.

Tonight, I purchased a bottle of wine and bottle of vodka, walked out of the store, to Walgreens up the street (for a mixer) and the bag they gave it to me in broke, glass and vodka shattered everywhere.

I walked back to the store, soaking wet from the vodka, with cuts on my feet from the glass and a broken bag with the bottle’s broken glass in it. They told me I must be lying, insinuating I drank it (in the ten minutes I had been gone) and wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the bottle.

Further, they don’t speak English or care to learn. I’d avoid them at all costs if I were you. The convenience is not worth the trouble.

The lack of customer service and respect they give a longstanding, consistent customer is truly a reflection of what’s wrong with this country and...

Clean liquor store with all of the essentials I need, including mixers. The prices are even reasonable for a small business. Very convenient to those living in a Paraiso building as the offer delivery up to your apartment. The hours are also excellent, although they've had to limit them, obviously, due to the quarantine. They are still open during this time, btw. You just need to call and order for pickup...

This liquor shop sales me a spoiled sake, and when I come to them to request a refund or exchange, they said “we can do nothing” with very bad attitudes! I will never choose this...
