Even giving this place one star is being generous. I’ve lived around the corner from them for 3 years and was a very good customer - they were convenient and I hate driving in Miami. TBH their selection was subpar and their service was less than desirable but the convenience factor one.
Tonight, I purchased a bottle of wine and bottle of vodka, walked out of the store, to Walgreens up the street (for a mixer) and the bag they gave it to me in broke, glass and vodka shattered everywhere.
I walked back to the store, soaking wet from the vodka, with cuts on my feet from the glass and a broken bag with the bottle’s broken glass in it. They told me I must be lying, insinuating I drank it (in the ten minutes I had been gone) and wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the bottle.
Further, they don’t speak English or care to learn. I’d avoid them at all costs if I were you. The convenience is not worth the trouble.
