Don't go there!!!!! even if it was for a dollar!! Really I'm so surprised how she treats her clients!! I have been a client for her over a year and preferring here over any other Salon even though she's always late and never on time and eventually when she gave us an appointment and we showed up on time, she's not there and she didn't even bother herself to call to cancel it or inform us that we she will be late... what she thinks people has nothing to do in their lives but to wait for here.!!!!!!!!!!!! And instead of apologizing she told us well you don't like it then don't come!!! OMG being a loyal client..that's how you treat your client by asking them not to come!!!!!!!! OR ya maybe our tip wasn't enough for you!! maybe we should spend 1000$ to treat us professionally Well how about you learn to be professional before you open a Salon..... Wow. I recently moved to the neighborhood and found Beauty Energy online - it had good reviews so I decided to book an appointment for much-needed highlights. I was amazed by how the entire team went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful experience! Beauty Energy didn't overlook a single detail - right down to serving me the best cuban coffee I've ever tasted and even texting me the before and after photos they took of my hair. Service is top notch and so is their hair care. I have never been big into frequenting salons more than once or twice each year because I don't have the finances to do so; however, I will be back very soon.
