This was the absolutely worst experience jet skiing ever. We were a party of 7, 3 single riders and 2 double riders. To start off, we were sent the link to complete the temporary license 30 minutes before our appointment so we were all scrambling to finish it while looking for parking. We were on time to the pier and i had to call her multiple times to figure out what dock to go to, it turns out she was running late. After she was 30 minutes late, she came in upset at whatever was going on with her. She offered absolutely no apology, instead she just started venting to other people working there. We then headed to the jet-ski location and they had 3 jet skis ready. Two people in our party had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her to go get gas while the rest of our party was already in the water. Multiple jet-skis has low fuel warning sign, which is fine as long as we didn't run out of gas in the middle of our time slot, but the annoying beeping was more than irritating for an hour. Since some of us got our jet-skis late, half of our party was pulled in ( didn't even do the full hour). One of the jet-skis speedometer was not working, there was points where i had to turn my jet-ski on and off because it wouldn't go past 10 mph. And to top it off, on the ride back to the pier they were talking horribly about past customers. Originally booked because they had great reviews but i cant believe how horrible of a time we had. Best of luck to whoever tries to book, hope you have a better experience...

If I could rate them a zero I literally would. It’s definitely a scam, my friends and I booked a Jetski and a 30 min boat ride for $145 per person at 12pm. We did not know what pier we had to go to because it was not in the instructions we had to ask around to find what pier to go to. When we finally found the pier they were late, my friend called and texted Vladamier but he did not answer the phone, but when we got inside of the boat he was on the phone. The jet skis were raggedy, my jet ski specifically was running out of gas and I asked Jose if it was okay for me to still ride even though it was running out of gas he got an attitude with me. Once we FINALLY were able to jet ski on our own Jose stated that we had 45 mins to ride, but when a boat with other customers came we had to get out of the water. Also my key broke to my Jetski and I was stuck in the ocean they did not come to my rescue until I got onto the Jetski with my friend. Once we got back onto the boat I assumed we would get our boat ride, but we went back to the pier. PLEASE do not book with them I feel like I wasted...

The dude captain max who took us over to the floating piece of wood in the water where the jet skis were was a cool nice guy. Other than him my experience with the other two I think Diego and some lady that manages the jet skis on the floating wood, were both of a pushy and rude. I complained that my jetski was super slow compared to the others (they were already slow in general) and she tested it then said something in Spanish, which is fine if I spoke Spanish but I clearly don’t, and then disregarded my complaint. These jet skis are slow and outdated and staff besides the boat dude max is rude. Not worth the $150 per hour, find a better...
