BUYER BEWARE * Easy to contact, until you pay, then evasive and hard to reach! No actual storefront or address. You meet "at the marina" and wander around for an hour looking for them, but there's no business storefront, just a phone number that you keep calling repeatedly and texting, asking for their location, and eventually "a guy" answers and meets you at the gate "when he can" Very disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish They insisted the balance be paid in cash! (that's a huge red flag!) Said they don't have ability to process credit cards? What legitimate business can't take credit cards? "The guy" arrived late, and then took another half hour to process the customers And then you get your "free boat ride" (another 15 minutes wasted!) out to where the jetskis actually are We didn't get on the jetski until ONE HOUR AFTER our scheduled appointment! They promised "don't worry" we'll get our full hour of riding that we paid for I took photo evidence of my watch and screenshots to prove what time we actually started Half hour later the guide chased after us to end our ride, mistakenly believeing we paid for 30 minutes, but that cost us another 5 minutes of downtime Then 15 minutes later she chased us down again to end our one hour ride (15 minutes early!) Despite me showing her actual photo evidence that we've only had 45 minutes of time, she demanded that we end our ride immediately, and was extremely rude and flippant about it THESE OPERATORS ARE SCAMMERS in my opinion and experience with them The pictures of nice new shiny jetskis on their website is NOT what you get! Their equipment is old, beat-up and damaged! (I have photo proof) And then they threaten you with extreme financial penalties if you damage their already damaged equipment (do yourself a favor and photograph your jetski before you ride) Only the supervising operator has a new jetski, but paying customers get junk They don't have an actual storefront address like other operators for you to see the equipment beforehand Instead you pay, and then they take you on a "free boat ride" out into the bay to a floating dock where their beat up jetskis are kept, and only then do you realize their advertising misrepresents the poor condition of their equipment I believe they cut the riding times so short to get the group back to mainland to pick up the next group of unsuspecting customers, and they get quite nasty and ignorant if you complain or say anything about it If you think you're going to rent a jetski and explore the Miami waterfront at your leasure, that's NOT what you get! Instead there's a VERY SMALL area between two white buoy markers and a wooden post/wall line that you have to remain inside of. You can cross the entire area in under 1 minute! It's a tiny, boring area with nothing to see really, so you're just going around in circles the whole time Save yourself the frustration, disappontment, money, and huge waste of time (we arrive at 1pm for our 2pm "appointment", didn't get on the jetskis until 3pm and were back on shore by 4pm, including our "free boat ride" back (photo evidence available) That's 3 HOURS of wasted time, just to ride for 45 minutes (but paid for 60 minutes, with no credit or partial refund for losing 25% of time we paid for)
LESSONS LEARNED: ONLY GO TO AN OPERATOR WITH A PHYSICAL BUSINESS LOCATION YOU CAN ACTUALLY VISIT IN PERSON ONLY USE A COMPANY THAT TAKES CREDIT CARDS ON-SITE ONLY GO IF YOU CAN SEE THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE YOU PAY I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
Fortunately my intuition told me to document and photograph everything for evidence. Now I have to go fight for at least a refund from VISA for my Deposit money back. What...
Read moreThis place is an absolute scam and the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I booked in the morning for a 6 PM jetski session and received a confirmation email that didn’t even say where to go. Around 5 PM the weather got bad, so we called to ask if it would be rescheduled. They answered very unprofessionally and told us to show up anyway, saying they’d send a confirmation email (which never arrived).
At 5:50 PM we got to the area and started trying to find the right dock, but no one knew where it was. I called their phone number at least 15 times and they ignored every single call. Then my boyfriend tried calling from his phone, and they answered immediately, saying the boat had already left and to go to Dock 1.
We got to Dock 1 and found the gate locked. My boyfriend called again, and they had blocked his number. We eventually managed to get in with other customers and made it to the departure point. The guy in charge looked at us and said there was no record of our booking. I showed him the confirmation email from that morning, and he just said, “I know, but I don’t have your reservation.” After arguing for a while, he finally let us on the boat but made us pay and sign the waiver there.
Once we got to the platform, we were greeted by a rude and aggressive woman who started shouting instructions in the most disrespectful way. She even yelled at a group of Indian customers, saying, “You Indians better listen because you don’t understand anything,” in a completely vulgar and racist tone.
We finally got on a jetski, but it was old, barely working, and couldn’t go fast. We decided to stick with it to avoid more problems. After only 30 minutes, the woman called us back and said she’d give me another jetski and that we had to follow her. Instead of enjoying the time we paid for, we spent the next 30 minutes helping her tow broken jetskis back to the harbor (my boyfriend’s jetski had died completely and had to be swapped).
When we were finally picked up by a guy in a boat, he spent the whole time on his phone. We tried to explain that we booked for 1 hour and only got 30 minutes of actual riding time (not counting all the chaos at the start). His response? “Technically you were on a jetski for 1 hour—30 minutes riding and 30 minutes helping bring the skis back.” Unbelievable. He then dropped us off at the dock and said, “Sorry, call the number” — as if it wasn’t the same scammy group running the whole thing.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. It’s an unprofessional, disorganized, and borderline criminal operation. Save your money and your...
Read moreI had a confirmed booking with this company, showed up on time as instructed and once I arrived, I received a text message from a whole different number stating someone’s else name and a different location to report to. No one communicated with me that there were no longer any available jet skis or that I needed to change locations. When I first contacted the new location they were answering the phone, but then once I got there they stopped answering phone calls and responding back to text messages. I spoke to a total of 3 different people on the phone. Vladimir, Ronny, and a woman named Ruby who was supposed to be the manager, but when I asked to speak with the manager she said that they don’t work on Sundays. Which was a coincidence, because Vladimir informed me that in fact Ruby was the manager of the company. When I asked for a refund, no one wanted to give me the manager’s/owner of the company contact information to receive the refund nor were they helpful trying to give me one. I waited for over 2 hours to literally not ride anything. I had to drive all the way back to the original location to try to speak with management and that is when I found Vladimir. Of course he didn’t know who I was, he tried to bribe me into still reserving a jet ski after he knows what happened and showed no effort to even compensate me. He ended up contacting the manager “Ruby” about the refund after me waiting for over 30 minutes for my refund. This company is HORRIBLE and a total SCAM! They wasted my time and ruined my plans. It is very unprofessional and unorganized and hope no one else has to...
