Unable to find ‘the’ perfect dress, I reached out to Jahmar, founder and owner of Casa di Amani to see if my last minute interest was something he was able to do. Jahmar, as my long time super talented friend, ventured into fashion creation and I knew it was a great opportunity for both him and I.

I am a long time supporter of Jahmar, not only because of his talents but his spirit as a dreamer.

I met with Jahmar at his new studio. I was not only excited for our dress planning but to see his new spot!

Jahmar welcomed me with open arms as always. His place is magnificent and welcoming. Although I had a vision, I really leaned in to Jahmar’s fashion experience and listened to his creative ideas as we brainstormed and collaborated. Jahmar blew me away with his concept and fabric selection. I put all my trust in him!

Within a few days I was being fitted for my ‘mock’ dress with made of Mulsin fabric. Days later, he was ready for me to come back and get fitted for the actual dress. It was pretty much a perfect fit! He planned for some adjustments and explained how he would include sequence highlights. Jahmar made the experience extra unique by incorporating his photo journaling talents. Everything is fun with Jahmar!

My dress was ready in no time and we scheduled a fabulous photo shoot! Jahmar is a true professional and there is nothing he cannot do. He styled my hair, gave me tips on my makeup and we spent an amazing afternoon together. My dress was the final touch and I felt like a princess.

Jahmar is one of the most talented people I know. He is brilliant and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to contract him. I not only got a fabulous dress but a stellar experience and beautiful photos to memorialize it!
