Met Luke 2 years ago at his other place of employment after searching high and low for a stylist in Miami after moving from NYC. I’m Asian and I have a certain hair type that not many stylists could cut. Also I had high standards and was nervous of going to another stylist after having mine for many years in NYC. So, I decided to give him a try. What do you know…he did not disappoint! I’m very happy to have found him bc he knew exactly how to cut my hair and texture it so that I don’t get that dreaded poofy hair that Asian ppl do when it’s cut to short on the sides and just awkward looking after it begins growing in. Plus, I’m almost certain if I had gone to another stylist it would’ve come out not how I would’ve liked it. So, I’m lucky to have found him here in Miami. He’s talented and best yet, he knows how to cut my hair. Again, I’m Asian and not many stylists outside of being Asian knows how to cut Asian hair especially down in the Miami (if you’re Asian, you know what I mean). He did though! I went to Luke for a haircut almost 2 years ago when he was still at Brickell. I had just moved to Miami then and I couldn't be more pleased with my haircut. I actually had gotten that haircut for my first date with my now-fiance :) I haven't been able to see Luke since I was moving back and forth. Fast forward, it's 2 years later and I just saw him again for my haircut before my wedding. (gotta give the haircut some credits for the first date lol). Luke moved to a new location since I last saw him but because I liked my first haircut with him so much I had to track him down at his new location. I couldn't trust him more with my hair especially before important events. So if you just moved to Miami looking for hairstylist or you've been living here but wanted to change to an awesome hairstylist, highly recommend Luke! He listens to your requests and doesn't push but does give his opinion on what looks good on you. He's also fun and energetic to talk to so the whole time doesn't feel awkward or long. He's one-on-one with you so you have all the attention during your appointment which I appreciated. He'll always be the one I go to for my hair...

Moved back to FL a few months ago and been struggling to find someone who could cut my hair. I’ve been to probably 7 different barbers and always felt as if they didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t care and put little effort into the cut. I decided since I have been to only barbers that maybe I would have better luck at a salon. I looked at several places and saw Luke had several great reviews and so I booked with Luke online. Once I arrived I met Luke at his salon to only realize I accidentally booked my appointment for the following week. Unfortunately it was Saturday and I had an Job interview the following Monday and was in desperate need of a haircut.
