Be careful booking here. The pictures do not match the rooms at all! Photos were modern and clean but I was told only a few of the 1 bedrooms have been renovated. The 2 And 3 bedrooms are very out dated. Furniture is worn. Two of the TVs don’t work and it’s not clean. The whole place has an 80s feel to it. And the bathtub is disgusting. There was hair from the last guest everywhere. Not just in the shower and on the shower curtain but all over the floor. Everywhere I walk hair is stuck to my socks. I’m so grossed out I’ve been sitting on the balcony mostly because of the weird smell. Seems the only thing nice about the place is the view. I am shocked and very very disappointed. I will never book here again. Also the residents are very mean to guests. I locked myself out of my room and forgot my mask. I met my boyfriend in the hall to grab the key so I could get it. And some lady screamed and cursed at me because I didn’t have on a mask. If she had been polite I would have apologized and explained I was just running back to my room to grab it. I’m a nurse I don’t need to be reprimanded like a child about safety. And I was far more than 6 feet away from her. What adult acts like that? Definitely will never come...

Worst apt experience in my entire life. I just moved in and couldn’t get my hand scanned as I’m not the owner and I’m not registered, and have to ask them to let me up every time i come back home, and most security are extremely strict and would take 30 minutes out of my day refusing to let me up to my own apt, being rude and disrespectful in the process, even though they see me leaving through the elevators and see me every day. The hand scanner is unnecessary and they should’ve just used fobs. They don’t bring up your mail and you have to go to the mail room to pick it up and they only open from 10am to 6pm, plus the mail room lady is extremely rude and disgusting. One time I brought a few friends and one of the security told me to my face that I’m not allowed to bring guests, others have asked for ID multiple times when I’ve told them over and over that me and my friends are underage and cannot provide that, then they keep asking for ID. Elevators take forever to get to your floor and even longer to ride down to the lobby or back up to your floor, the elevators are constantly broken. DO NOT TRY TO LIVE HERE. Even the view is pretty bad as there’s buildings...

Stay away ! If you want to book through Airbnb, go somewhere else. This place will give You a nightmare. You actually have to fill out a LEASE APPLICATION with an actual BACKGROUND CHECK to stay there even if it's for a couple of days and it takes 48hrs for you to be uploaded in the system. So if you're not a us citizen (with a social) or if you had or have a criminal background you won't be accepted to stay there even if you paid already. And when you're not in the system the security won't let you in you have to literally fight with them for 10m everytime you want to come in the building. It makes you feel like a prisoner of the place cause you get anxious of getting out the unit. Our place was infested with cockroaches, pictures from Airbnb didn't look like the unit. Beds are the worst, there is NO curtains whatsoever it's insane. Every thing was dirty, no TV no Wifi. Im telling...
