JD Sports — Local services in Miami

I’d come in for a routine exchange on a pair of AF1 sneakers. Unfortunately, I did not know that I was JUST outside the window for my exchange. Luckily enough, I had an amazing manager and associate, both with the name of Bryan/Brian, assist me with this issue. Once they saw me with my sad demeanor, they went through the yellow tape, contacted corporate and made all the necessary adjustments. They went absolutely above and beyond in helping me and allowing me to exchange my sneakers for a pair that I fell in love with. Not only did I leave a happy customer, I know the customer service and the way that they presented themselves truly encompasses a five star service and review. Cheers to the JD sports team at Centro City and cheers to both of my Bryan’s/Brian‘s who really have my back. You guys are the best can’t wait to do more with you guys...

I arrived at JD Sports around 7:50 PM intending to purchase several pairs of shoes for my daughter as part of our back-to-school shopping. Although the store closes at 8:00 PM, the staff informed us they were already closing. My daughter tried on one pair of shoes but didn’t like them. We were told no additional shoes could be brought from the back because they were closed despite it still being within business hours.

We had planned to purchase at least three pairs, but the staff’s attitude and unwillingness to assist us came across as dismissive and unprofessional. We decided to take our business elsewhere Journeys provided a much more welcoming experience.

There was other ppl there and didn’t get the same treatment but maybe because we were black that’s why we got treated that way.

I went to the store super happy with the service. The store looked great. The manager standing in the front looking at papers asked me if everything was ok on the way out and said thank you for shopping and have a nice day. You really don’t find nice stores like this much.
