I visited Outback Steakhouse on 9/27/25, seated at table 45 with server D. Soukeyna. This was my second visit in two weeks, and both visits highlighted serious problems. When I was seated, the table had crumbs, and there was a small plate with utensils wrapped on top that had food residue — absolutely disgusting. I told my server and spoke to a Latina, pregnant manager, but she didn’t genuinely apologize. The booth near the window smelled like dirty towel residue or mold, which is alarming for a brand-new restaurant.

My Coke was flat, and staff only adjusted the machine after I pointed it out. I requested extra ranch for my to-go order but never received it, despite asking multiple times. I had to ask three times for a to-go Coke before finally receiving it.

At checkout, the free Welcome Bloomin’ Onion visible in the POS system was mishandled. A male manager in a suit attempted to process it but failed. My server later processed it and charged me for the Bloomin’ Onion, which forced the entire transaction to be canceled and reprocessed, leaving me with a pending charge of nearly $60 for 3+ days. They offered a free Bloomin’ Onion card for a future visit, which is useless given the repeated issues and the poor service.

This was the second time I had to deal with a dirty table in two weeks. I excused the first visit because the food was decent and the server did her job, but today’s visit shows why this location already has a bad reputation. The restaurant is dirty, slow, inattentive with bad communication from the managers, servers and food runners. Also, I witnesses a female food runner not washing her hands after using...

An unforgettable dinner experience at Outback Steakhouse 💛 We had a wonderful evening at the Outback location near NW 7th Street in Miami. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and smiles.

I enjoyed a delicious meal with my husband — everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. We started with their iconic Bloomin’ Onion (I couldn’t remember the name at first, but how could I forget such a crispy, flavorful appetizer!). We also had refreshing cocktails that paired beautifully with our main dishes.

The food was flavorful, well-cooked, and served at just the right temperature. You can tell the kitchen team puts love into what they do.

The service was exceptional — the waiters were attentive, kind, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of us. I even took photos of them to include in my reviews because they truly made our evening special.

If you're in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend this Outback location. Whether for a date night or a family meal, you’ll leave happy, full, and with...

We came in 20 mins before tley closed. We don't normally like to do this but we do tip well so figure the waitress would forgive us. Turns out the waitress was not our problem she did great and we had no issues. With her or her service It was the manager of this location tonight he is a heavy set guywitha green shirt standing around not helping but making sure they can't order any additional drinks or food which is wild.while guests are still there. What manager trys to kill sales? A lazy one is the answer. I b bet none of the three tables he didn't want wouldn't return again. Do better help your employees. Sell sell sell. No matter what time. If not don't seat people to have a less than great experience because of the...

I stopped by the new Outback Steakhouse near the Miami airport, and it was a solid experience. The place just opened, so everything feels fresh and clean. Super convenient if you're flying in or out of MIA. One thing that caught my eye—this location actually serves espresso and espresso martinis. First Outback I’ve seen do that, and it’s a nice touch. Staff was really friendly and on point, which made the whole visit feel even better. Overall, good food, chill vibe, and cool to see Outback mixing it up a bit. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.
