Rainbow Shops — Local services in Miami

I had the worst experience at any Rainbows I've ever been to while in Miami. I love Rainbows but this was terrible. I'm in line and the two cashiers called two other ladies over from the shoes to check them out. Speaking in Spanish (just because I'm black doesn't mean I don't speak or understand Spanish.) Then I get up to check out. She's talking on the phone now. "No I can talk now it's okay" (still in Spanish) i'm holding my phone up with my 10% off code trying not to interrupt her phone conversation. Not paying attention she tells me the price and I say "But you didn't add the 10% off" She catches an attitude and pretty much snatches my phone from my hand.

I guarantee I will never come to this Rainbow again, EVER. If it wasn't for us needing clothes to wear since we stayed in town 2 extra days I would not have bought anything. I spent over 100$ even with the discount and still had the worst customer...

I am writing to share my delight for store 129.

I am a consistent customer online. Therefore, many times, I have returns to make based on fit.

Unfortunately, there are no Rainbow Shops nearby. When visiting Miami, I took advantage and went to store 129 located on 37th Avenue and 7 St. in the Northwest of Miami. I had a very large return with multiple transactions. Both the store manager (Yadira) and co-manager (Luz) were so extremely helpful. They were exceptional with their customer service. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall positive.

Many times customers take the time to write or report when there are negative concerns. Yet, when there are exeptional experiences, those are not reported. I wanted to take the time for this store and it's managers to be...

While in the store for an hour and thirty minutes We were being followed the entire time by multiple staff around the store.
