I'll begin with the good about this place, very visually attractive store, and items appear to be high quality. Lots of variety of items to choose from, and between the man and woman who worked there, the man was constantly offering assistance or guidance as well as a very kind and professional approach. Unfortunately, I spent much longer in this store than I wanted to, time wise and money wise. The prices are way too high for the sizes and quality presented throughout the store I came in looking to get something for my partner, and I spent a while in here because I wanted to get something nice for her while also not spending an extreme amount. After going back and forth between jewelry, I came across a piece that looked amazing but was way too small for the $90 price tag. The lady showed me some irritating unprofessionalism. Either she was deliberately obtuse or her ability to understand my English and comprehend what I was trying to convey was so poor that she became frustrated with me. They also claim these high prices for things that aren't technically handmade as they might claim. Finally, after the continuous struggle to understand my basic words, she gave up and reduced the price to something more reasonable that I could buy.

My summary: Prices are way too high and should be reevaluated on the majority of the items in the damn store. Professional traits were shown by the male attendant, but NOT by the lady. I purchased a necklace at a reduced price and have worries for its quality, considering the other reviews that have been mentioned and reported quality concerns/issues. Place is very intriguing until you see the prices.

Placed an order for a pendant light while in Miami. Light was promptly delivered. Unfortunately it was broken when it arrived. Item was poorly packed.
