My sister and I had a horrible experience at this overpriced and overrated restaurant. The service was super slow and they were NOT busy. We waited for 10 minutes to receive a menu. We waited for another 10-12 minutes for the waitress to return to our table and take our orders and then we waited another 30-35 minutes to finally receive our order. Then we had to wait for 15 minutes for the waitress to return so we could pay for the disgusting meal. Our waitress was inattentive and not pleasant. The food was garbage. We ordered the seafood paella. Huge mistake! There was little to no seasoning on it and the chef placed way too many shells In the dish that I ended up biting into on several occasions, which left a grainy taste in my mouth. The shrimp smelled very fishy. It was a strong and over powering smell. My sister and I refused to finish our meal because it was so bad! The waitress claimed she would tell the chef of our experience, however if the owners of the restaurant had any real integrity they would have come to our table and apologized for the tasteless meal and not charged us. I paid $40 dollars for a nasty meal and poor service. I would highly recommend that people stay far away from this restaurant, you will regret it, unless you enjoy bland food and...

Terrible service. You have to ask for water separately and they only bring it in plastic bottles, they say they don’t have tap water. Moreover, I had to ask for a glass separately. Nobody understands English. Three waitresses came up to me and asked questions until one of them realized that I was asking for a glass for the water they brought me. Water is brought along with cocktails, which means you will wait 15 minutes until they bring you everything together. They don’t bring you a check, they just name the amount and show it on your mobile phone. When we asked to see what the amount consisted of and to bring us a paper receipt, the waitress left, then returned and said that there were no paper receipts. We asked to see it on the phone, it turned out that paella for one was written as paella for two, that is, they tried to charge double the price. And on top of all this, of course, a 20% tip is already included in the bill. But when you pay, an offer to pay the tip again will pop up on their mobile phone. That is, if you are inattentive, they will slip something into your bill and you will pay the tip twice. Be...

I loved the ambiance of the restaurant, the atmosphere was inviting, with great music, friendly service. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. However, I was quite disappointed by the food, especially considering the high quality of ingredients they use. Unfortunately, the execution in the kitchen didn’t match the standard.

The octopus, for example, was overcooked to the point of being tough and chewy, and the grilling process seemed to have been mishandled. Instead of a smoky flavor, it tasted burnt, which ruined the dish. Similarly, the red fish I ordered was severely overcooked, leaving it dry and almost inedible, I couldn’t eat it. For such premium-priced dishes, I expected much more care and precision from the chef, it felt like a waste of both good ingredients and money.

On a brighter note, the piña colada served in a whole pineapple was exceptional delicious and refreshing. Honestly, I’d return to the restaurant just for that cocktail, but unfortunately, the food left a lot...

With a restaurant whose name has the word “Paella” in it, you would expect it to be one of the best things on the menu, sadly this wasn’t the case. My fiancee ordered beef paella, and I ordered the vegetable paella… both were horrifyingly bad. Mine had ZERO flavor, and my fiancee’s barely had any flavor, but perhaps just a bit more than mine because of the meat juices. The meat in his paella is of the lowest possible quality available. The excessive colorant gives the illusion the food will be flavorful but is just there to stain your teeth. They don’t offer any free water (a small bottle is $4). They charge you an automatic 20% gratuity, for food court quality food. Croquetas were ok, but other than that … not reccomended. Do not order the pella… This place is just a tourist trap for quick cheap food like most other restaurants at bayside.

🌴 Vibes, Flavor, and Service All on Point! 🌴 This spot in Miami is an absolute gem! The atmosphere was incredible—such a fun and lively vibe that instantly transported me into vacation mode. The music was on point, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The food? Simply chef’s kiss. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell everything was made with care and love. Miami is known for its bold flavors, and this place absolutely delivered. Our server Daniella was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always a step ahead. The hospitality here felt as warm as the Miami sun. If you’re looking for a spot that captures the essence of Miami with amazing food, great energy, and stellar service, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
