Terrible experience. We had a trip to miami and we were going to do the sunset cocktail cruise. We booked through viator. We went to go to the cruise and we arrive about 10 minutes early. NO WHERE ON THE DESCRIPTION SAID ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY. I didn’t see that until I hit contact tour operator… WHICH WHYYY would I need to click on that? So we get there around 6:50 and the directions said go past the sugar factory. Which we couldn’t FIND anywhere and someone pointed us in the WRONG direction. So we were scrambling running around trying to find this ā€œred tentā€. My fiancĆ© actually fell and twisted his ankle doing so. So 7:10 hit and we still didn’t find the tent so we gave up because we knew they were probably already off sailing away. We then reached out to try to come to the tour the next day and they were closed. The days after that we couldn’t do because we already had plans for our trip those days. We then contacted viator for a refund and they said they can’t issue a refund until they hear from the cruise line. We have emailed them several times with no response. Highly disappointed in this company’s...

Went on the sunset cocktail cruise. It was an awful experience all around. Cruise was supposed to leave at 7. Boarding takes forever bc they have to stop everyone for a picture. Then when you get in on boat the bar isn't even open until once you leave the dock. So 75+ people are waiting in line for the one slow bartender to make a drink.

After waiting in line for an hour (half the length of the cruise) we gave up trying to get a drink bc the line was not moving at all. I asked an employee if someone else could jump behind the bar and he said that wasn't his job and they only have 1 bartender. After leaving the line we went downstairs. The smell of the area is that of a Porta potty mixed with diesel fumes.

The website says they play relaxing music and it's not a party cruise. Well the music they played was definitely loud party music and they definitely wanted to create a party atmosphere.

For what they charge, we didn't receive any drinks, and got gassed during the process. It is definitely not worth what they charge and definitely not a...

Bad experience. After buying the tickets the guy in charge of the line told us rudely that we need to wait in the line. I had sent my husband and daughter to wait in the line however my son who has autism and was really looking forward refused to go in the line. He kept yelling and crying and I just requested the ticket guy to make a special accommodation but he was taking his time and sending each family for picture. And told me that my son needs to learn to wait in lines. He could clearly see the child is not 100 percent and instead the normal people understand he wanted my son who has a major speech delay and mo way to explain to him that we are going. I would suggest the company that their staff needs to learn why because they are fully educated adults and not expect special needs children to learn. They should have been better than that. Instead they should be trained to have some empathy. And guess what I would never expect that in a place like Miami the people would laugh. Would never recommend this...

Highly recommend. I did the Miami Sunset and City Lights Cocktail Cruise with Fiesta Cruises. I booked through Viator at the last minute. The cruise lasted 2 hours. It departs from Bayside Marketplace and returns to the same spot. We departed punctually at 17:00. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get there. Traffic in Miami can be heavy. I just made it in time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Directions were clear as to where the boat departed from. I was a bit sceptical about doing this as a solo female traveller with an open bar. I don't drink alcohol and thought it may be rowdy but it wasn't like this. Relaxing and fun. Really good music, good vibe. Safe. The commentary was great too especially when we passed by Star Island and we were able to see the homes of some of the celebrity residents. I have seen the Miami skyline from various vantage points. A cruise is without a doubt the best way to see this stunning skyline. Highly recommend.

I found this place using Groupon. I got a good deal for my 3 friends and I as we were on vacation. The check in process was long and tedious. This should be updated by having more staff. The boat ride itself was nice, in my opinion. We saw the homes of varies celebrities including JLO, Ricky Martin, Shakira, P-Diddy, Will Smith, Dr. Miami, Shaq, DJ Khalid, David Beckham, and Madonna. While on the ride, you could buy drinks and snacks. They played music and it was loud for those who were inside. They did a free raffle for a free getaway but I didn't win :( Nonetheless, we enjoyed it overall. I wouldn't say it was anything spectacular. Parking was the worse!! Took foreverrrrr to find a spot in the deck!!!! You definitely want to arrive about 30 minutes early. Parking is not free, fyi. It's close to a mall/shopping center, so we ended up doing that afterwards.

Sunset Cruise - absolutely brilliant and amazing value for money. This is *not* a party boat, we had a really good mix of ages and the tunes were decent but not pumping so loud you couldn’t have a conversation - there were some people trying to pull off the Influencer Aesthetic, this was not really the one for them. It was fun and upbeat, the info the guide gave was interesting, without it being a load of constant talking and unwanted interrupting. Just the right balance. The one criticism I have is having one person working bar was completely stupendous. Our bartender was AWESOME but my god she was under pressure from boarding to leaving. Apart from that, I can’t fault it. Will do this again!
